Fantastic service. I parked at ParkinGo (Umbrella) for 10 days during a trip home. When I arrived back my old Range Rover diesel wouldn’t start. The guys at Umbrella Parking were incredibly helpful and used their battery booster and starter spray to get me going again. I can’t thank Jose Marie and his team enough. I will certainly use ParkinGo next time I fly out of Alicante.

Excellent service mini bus waiting to take us to airport no hanging about when we arrived at Alicante we came out of the airport and mini bus took us to the car which was waiting with engine running. This is our first year parking the car and we will definitely renew the parking.

Very helpful, we had an early flight and the gate was closed when we got there but they were only 5 mins away, at the airport. Could have been better signposted, quite difficult to find in the dark!

We have used umbrella for a number of years and have always found them very helpful,and friendly and treat clients with courtesy. We used to pay for the year when we were flying back and forth more often but now just pay when we go back to UK a couple of times a year. Good prices in 3 graded areas.... indoors.... covered.... open. We like to pay a little more for indoors if available. They do not have a magic wand to hold flights and you need to allow time to get to the airport, but their transport will go as soon as you are ready.... hassle free as no "swapping of drivers at a busy airport".

They deliver every time. They are friendly and helpful ie. If your car won’t start. Up to now I give them 10 out of 10 but stay on your toes lads because any slip in standards and I will be reviewing you a bit tougher.

One of the best places to park your car at Alicante airport as you park up your own car and keep the keys with you. Good and friendly staff. Overhead cover at a good price, over 4000 cars parked there.
