Very easy to find and great parking opportunities. Easy in and out and no huge lines you see in the larger area airports.
FLY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Airport itself is nice and convenient. At least for now free parking which is a two minute walk to terminal. Check in and security takes less then 5 minutes. Almost feels like a private FBO in that regard.
BUT...since it's a small airport with low traffic, airlines will divert planes going there to fill in gaps elsewhere, and you'll be left holding the bag. Also the number of flights there is limited, so if you're delayed for any reason good luck getting another flight back. It's not like Logan where multiple flights a day go there in large 737s. My flight home got canceled after I already got to my destination...they rebooked me 48 hours later. I'm pulling teeth trying to get this solved. Company starts with Jet and ends with Blue, not naming names.
So well it's a great change of pace from Logan, I won't be flying out of here ever again. No matter the convenience or price. Maybe you'll have a better experience then me..
Easy in & out! Small and satisfying. None of that 'walk /hand around for hours' crapola! Time mentioned is exactly time take off (winter exceptions-but that is understandable) loveee this airport
Flying out and back to this airport has been the worst travel experience. 1) on my way out they delayed my flight 4 times. The Jet Blue app had incorrect information. 2) The flight board didn't display flight information. 3) The staff did not provide timely updates. 4) On my way back they had no staff to connect the bridge to exit to have a staethe plane. We had to wait 45 min to have a stare cop open the door. This airport needs new management ASAP.
Super convenient and very easy to travel in and out of. Also, free parking through June 2022!
Obviously very convenient if you’re from the area but the airport is great. Small and fast security. Flights directly to New York and Fort Lauderdale is great.
If I could use Worcester to return all the time I would. Great when schedules work.
I generally prefer flying from regional airports as it has less people and is usually less of a hassle. Getting through security was painless and getting on the plane was easy. Only complaint was an inability to fill up our water bottles after security. We had to pay for, the always overpriced airport bottled water.
