Lot parking at Grand Junction Regional Airport is a convenient option for travelers who are looking to avoid expensive parking rates at the airport. With this option, travelers can park their vehicles for as low as $10 per day.
It's a small regional airport. I would give it a higher mark if the leather, or faux leather, seats were not so damaged and wore by the gates. There were other nicer areas, and there were a good number of places to plug in. It's probably not within their budget to fix the seats, but at least the place was very clean. So only one star for the damaged/old furniture.

Nice and easy! This small airport is worth the drive from Eagle! Terrific employees make your trip calm and relaxing. The long-term parking is a very short walk to the entrance. If the weather is good, and your flight is "on-time", you will be very glad you flew GJT!

Great little airport to fly into. Quick in and out process. I love that I am able rent a Jeep or fun 3-wheeled road slaying Polaris Slingshot from Adrenaline Driven Adventure Company 1 minute away. The complementary shuttle service to their location is an added bonus. They also have street legal UTVs there to rent if you're looking for something fun to do during your stay. They always hooked it up for a fun weekend getaway for myself & family every time.

We missed the checked bag window with American by literally five minutes on an international trip and the entire TSA staff, the staff of American Airlines and the flight crew helped us to make it on board our flight. I can’t say how much I appreciated the help of each and every one of the people working today- everyone was lovely and it meant a lot to have their support through a mistake that could have derailed our entire trip. Gotta live our local airport. Clean and quick to work through. Although, they could stay open when planes get diverted here from Denver and not make people wait out side for an hour or more, sometime, waiting for a cab or those non existent Uber drivers.

My experience with this airport (Dec 2022) was great. They also had the most kind TSA agents I've ever encountered. The rental car sales employees (Dollar) were nice, too. All the employees (baggage, check-in, TSA, rental car sales, flight attendants) seemed happy to serve us.

Usually not busy but afternoon flights are sometimes right on top of each other, and so security does get backed up occasionally.

I had to get to the airport several hours early and got there about 15 minutes after it opened. I had to wait for someone at the luggage check to come out to check my luggage. TSA didn't start until 9a, so had to wait another 30 minutes for that. Security check went quickly and finally was able to get some coffee and breakfast! The small coffee shop and grill had a lot to offer and was delicious! There were several places to sit and charge devices, both outlets and usb plug-ins. It's been a while since I've used a small regional airport, but this was very nice and was kept clean.

This is the best airport that I have ever been to. The security guard Douglas and the close up lady, Nicole, took care of me when I needed somewhere to go. They both went out of there way to find me a hotel, when everything was booked within 10 miles, and Douglas even drove me to the hotel to make sure I got there safely. Talk about going above and beyond the job duties. If it was not for them I would have had to sleep outside. Thank you sooo much to the both of you for caring about your customers!!! I am truly grateful!!!!! You both deserve a promotion and a raise for being exceptional people!!!!!!

This is a small, friendly airport. I only counted four jetways as we rolled in. It has TSA pre-check. Bags came right away. The rental car counters are right there and the rental cars are just outside the side door. Plenty of restrooms and they are maintained spotlessly. So much easier than the very large airport 4 hours east of here, but I won't mention any names ..

My two experiences there have been amazing. Small easy to get around and cost-effective prices to Vegas and LA. First time we flew out we drove two hours from Eagle County CO to fly to Vegas.

A great regional airport! I didn't realize we had a flight coming 8n from DFW! Woot woot! I left on United and came back on American! Our airport here is great to leave from as our security is not as busy as bigger airports! My baggage came out really fast too!

Such a cute airport - tiny, hometown feel. All the employees I interacted with were great! Very friendly. As someone who lives in a big city, it’s nice to come across small airports - very easy to get in and out of. TSA line was maybe 6 minutes. And line to drop bag not bad at all

My flight was scheduled to land at DIA last Wednesday 6/21 however due to the storm we were diverted to Grand Junction Airport. We landed around 9 pm, the flight got cancelled. The hotels in the area were booked due to a 3 day concert. The airport was supposed to close at 9. The staff was awesome they stayed and provided round the clock service until we all were able to get on our flights. All of that was made possible by supervisor Sabrina (didn’t catch the last name). Thanks to Sabrina she made what was an unpleasant experience not so bad. Kudos to you Sabrina you are one of a kind. I appreciated your empathy. If I ever get stranded at an airport… I pray it would be in Grand Junction

Friendly staff, swift and efficient. The terminal is small, clean, and quiet. The bathroom was clean also. How refreshing. It was easy breezy through TSA.
There is a bar with a beautiful view of the mountains. Plenty of seatings that are nicely spaced out. It feels so different than the hustle and bustle of the Denver International Airport. Love it!

Small, efficient & friendly! We always have great experiences at GJT. This morning our flight boarded at 7:15. We got to the airport at 6:15 and had enough time to return a rental car, check a bag, go through TSA, and eat a bagel. TSA literally took 4 minutes.

I fly to a lot of regional airports. I may be a bit biased but, let me tell you why I personally enjoy GJT. Security (TSA) is always thoughtful and kind particularly to folks who don't fly often. They also handle congested times well. The cafe and bar are great, a bit slow at times but considerate of flight times. The gate agents for every airline also are as kind and helpful as possible. If you have a bad time here it's probably a you problem.

Took a little while to get through scanning due to needing to pull out all of food in bags... they say with it being a smaller airport, the scanners get confused what detecting food. Great chairs to relaxing while waiting to get on the plane. Quick boarding! About $100 more than Salt Lake City, but the same amount using airline points... but equal distance from my home in Utah so I will definitely Travel via Grand Junction as the drive there is traffic free! A Nice airport to travel out of!

Great airport, nice and helpful staff, and surprisingly quick TSA lines. I love when the air show comes to town as well, that is a must see if you are in town.
Baggage claim at the airport may be a little bit confusing, along with getting to the gates. Follow the signs and when in doubt ask the customer service folks. Rental car pick up and drop off is just outside of the terminal which makes it very convenient. Parking is also very close but was a little bit too expensive for me. There are always other parking lots nearby that you can park in.
