We've been using Park-N-Go Dayton for years. We don't fly that often but when we do we always use Park-N-Go, sometimes the self-park, sometimes valet. Always great service and friendly, helpful staff. Self-pay is even easier now, the system just takes a photo of your license plate at the entry gate. The shuttle driver still gives you a parking spot ticket when picking you up. At the exit gate the system takes another photo and pops ups the amount owed. You do need to use a credit card to pay but that's the case everywhere. So easy.

This was our first time using Park-N-Go and we were very pleased. The drivers both to and from the airport were friendly, prompt, and helpful. I was especially impressed by the cheerfulness of our driver when we arrived at 4 AM (!) The services were excellent and prices reasonable. We will definitely use them again.

I’m an infrequent flyer, always used to get a ride from a friend to and from the airport. This was my first time since decades ago using long-term parking. SOOO happy with Park-N-Go — all promises kept! The gate read my plate to let me in and out, shuttle driver arrived to pick me up before I could even get out of the car, lifted my heavy bag out of the trunk and onto the shuttle. On my return, I called for the shuttle and it arrived within just a few minutes. Again, a very thoughtful driver who wrangled my heavy suitcase onto the shuttle and into my car. Cheaper than an Uber, and much more reliable! Park-N-Go will definitely be part of my travel plans in the future.

What a great experience! We will definitely be back! Shuttle was there waiting on us at 445 am. Took us right to airport. We ended up having to take the red-eye home, so we made it home the next morning, they said it was absolutely no problem! When we returned, I just made a quick call and shuttle was there within minutes and dropped us right at our car. No extra charges at all! Brian was SUPER nice and hospitable! This is a great place to do business with and we would strongly suggest parking with them if going to Dayton Airport!!

I have used the valet service for years. They have always taken good care of my car and they start my car, turn on my heated seat in cold weather, and have it waiting for me after the shuttle pickup at the airport. My only complaint is that they don’t just start your car they change the temperature controlled heat and cool controls in the car. I assume they do this in an attempt to make it heat or cool faster, but temperature controlled systems don’t warm up faster when setting them from 70 to 75 or setting them to the max setting. The same idea is true for cooling the system. I then have to figure out which settings were modified. Yesterday I had 4 or 5 things that I had to change back. I never change these settings except maybe a degree or two going from the hot season to the cold season. This unapproved adjustment to my environmental controls is very annoying and I wish they would train their employees to recognize temp controlled systems from the older flow control systems, which do benefit from making these types of adjustments. My cars are smart enough to figure out what it should do to make the car’s cabin temp comfortable.

Prompt pickup coming and going and it was wonderful to get into a warmed-up car with the snow removed. My car was parked directly behind the shuttle so after I transferred my bag, I was on my way because my receipt had already been emailed to me.
Huge time savings in the winter and I don't have to mess up my shoes or clothes removing snow before I start my trip home.

Price was only slightly higher than economy lot at dayton (5.36), but that’s to be expected. You simply scan in/out with a QR code, and the lot is a bit more empty than the airport lot (and much smaller, so less time walking to your car). The men who drove me to/from the airport were very nice and professional, made me feel very comfortable using a 3rd party service. Didn’t get their names, but pleasant experience overall.

Park-N-Go is conveniently located near the airport. We self-parked on this last trip and there was no wait for the shuttle. The shuttle driver was very friendly and he assisted in getting our luggage out of our car to the shuttle. We had one oversized bag, so we were grateful for his help. It's only a few minute ride to the airport, very stress-free. Upon our arrival back to Dayton, we called for our pick up and within minutes the shuttle arrived. The parking lot is under construction making it confusing to navigate. That is my only criticism. The shuttle drivers are friendly helpful and efficient. The check in and out is easy to follow And best of all the price is right.
I paid for a week in advance and discovered my flight had been cancelled and no available flights could get me to my destination until the following day. I went back to the lot and had to fly out of of Columbus. Brian West was gracious enough to refund my prepay right away. So the customer relations ranks at 5 star for me!

I use the valet service, and it is nice that the windows are cleaned in the winter. If you travel frequently, there an affordable alternative to parking at the garage. If you only travel one a year, enjoy the services that valet treatment provides at half the cost.
They do offer self-park, but I have never used it. Also, they offer a 15% discount to AAA members. Frequent parkers can enjoy earning points for free days as well.

Economy Lot probably best deal for long term parking at airport. Slight discount if paid in advance online. Prompt to airport and back. Maybe add 10 minutes to planned arrival time but personally, only took about 5 minutes from park to airport. Economy Lot is not huge, so advance payment online may assure spot. However, so far, not a problem with space. Bring umbrella if raining and dress warm in winter, as wait for shuttle at lot is in the elements.

I use the self-park service any time I leave a car at Dayton Airport. Service is fast, drivers are great. Get picked up at my car almost as soon as I get it parked. Driver loads & unloads my bags. Driver waits to make sure my car starts when he drops me off on my return. He also waited last night to make sure I exited the lot safely and handed me my receipt. Had to wait maybe a bit shy of 10 minutes for the ride to the airport as the shuttle was in route. We planned for enough time to be at the airport in advance so the slight delay was not an issue. Drivers were very helpful and courteous. Our vehicle was running, warmed up and ready for us when we returned. This is the first time we have used Park-N-Go but we will definitely use it now on a regular basis. Would give 4-1/2 stars if allowed.

At Park-N-Go, when I get to my car, it's running and warm (or cool in the summer). I just hop in and go.

Simply put, great service. I paid $12 per day for parking (valet option). When I returned from my trip I sent a text message (they offered me the options of calling or texting) and told them that I had landed and was picking up my luggage within a few minutes. They then provided a text response to go to the red shuttle that is sitting in front of the baggage claim doors. I caught the shuttle to the parking lot and when I arrived they took me directly to my warm car. They start your car for you and close-out the receipt prior to your arrival. I got in my car and drove home 🥰

Park-N-Go is amazing! I had a ride to the airport for my trip, but my ride fell through at the last minute. I googled airport parking prices and found this place. Reserved online the night before while at work. Everything went smoothly. Parked the truck and got to the airport. On my return, I had a driver, I believe his name was Randy? He was amazing and went above and beyond parking and shuttling. I approached the shuttle at the airport and he jumped out and loaded my suitcase for me and when we got back to the lot, he unloaded my suitcase and handed it back to me. It was nice since I have a bad back and it’s got decent weight to it and after a long day of flying, my back was killing me. When I got back to my truck, I realized the battery in my truck died while I was out of town. I called the driver back to see if he had jumper cables, assuming the answer would be a no, and I would have to call roadside assistance from my insurance company. He informed me he had better, he had a jump box. He stated that he was on his way to the airport and when he returned, he would come jump me off. He got me jumped and back on the road in no time! When dropping off the truck, the driver was there at my truck before I got out. When I returned, I called the driver while still in the gate, right after I got off the aircraft and when I got outside, he was out there waiting for me. Normally, I have someone take me to the airport so it looks like someone’s home for less of a chance of someone breaking into my house, but if I have to use airport parking again, it will definitely be Park-N-Go! It was my first experience and it was a great experience. We parked, they picked us up. Almost 2 weeks later, I called just after midnight, they picked me up. There was my truck right where I left it...with a dead battery. They grabbed a jump pack and I was on my way in minutes. Both drivers were extremely friendly. The plate reader worked on the way in. I had to scan my QR code to get out. But, got my receipt emailed almost instantly. I will definitely use this service again.

Amazing! Was able to book and pay everything online ahead of time. The process was very easy. We did economy parking. As soon as we parked and got out we could see the shuttle coming to pick us up. The driver loaded and unloaded our luggage for us. They were quick efficient and friendly. We paid around $60 for a week and felt that that was reasonable. Will definitely be using dayton's park n go for any other flights we take out of this airport and will recommend it to friends and family.

Park-N-Go Valet has always been great! We choose the prepay option and they have the van ready and waiting for you to head to the airport. Everyone there is friendly, prompt and helpful. Sometimes we have been able to grab a Groupon which has been a bonus but you do have to check-in on arrival. When you are in baggage claim, you send a text, they send the shuttle and your car will be there running, warm or cool, weather dependent. It’s the only way we go when we fly out of Dayton! Wish every airport had these guys!

Location is good with easy in and out service. The shuttle was available within minutes for transport to the airport. We did not need a return from the airport. We missed our connecting flight so had to leave the car an extra day. Then we lost our keys and ended up leaving it another day. they had no issue with it. We can quite honestly say that not only is the service at this Park n Go terrific, but the owner of the company is an amazing man.
We were prevented from coming back into the country to get our vehicle which was left stranded due to Covid.
We are from Canada and without notice or an opportunity to prepare, we were completely locked out of the country... Almost 3 years later, we are finally able to see our car.
It looks as good as new, we had to get a jump start after sitting for that long, but it was safe and sound in this secure lot and in perfect condition. We cannot thank Brian West and his team enough. Park-N-Go is exceptional and so are their people. Their valet service and their self-park service are both priced very well. The valet service parks your car for you upon arrival at Park-N-Go, then has it out and running upon return so it'll either be warm in the winter months, or cool in the summer months. They are second to none. I very highly recommend them!

We have used Park-N-Go for several years, and find the service quite good. The drivers usually help load the luggage into the vans, and it's very nice to return to a car, motor running, temperature adjusted, ready to go home. It's excellent service for a reasonable price.

Excellent experience. License scanner worked great at entrance. Very fast, friendly, polite pickup by driver - both going and returning. A little surprised the license scanning wasn't available for checkout. I had to get out of the car and retrieve my scan code from the trunk before I could leave but not a significant problem. I'll definitely use ParkNGo next time.

Pretty good service. Not as personal as Westwind was though. Very efficient online reservation and payment system. Fast pickup and delivery to the airport. They need better covered parking for the full-service valet drop off, there is room for maybe 3-5 cars and it's always full.

The experience was fantastic. Gary followed me into the lot, retrieved my luggage from my car, took me to the airport, again retrieved my luggage and dropped me off at the front door in a matter of minutes. Gary told me exactly where to go when I call for a pickup ride. It was a smooth easy experience. Park-N-Go is easy to get to also.
TIP: when Park-N-Go comes to pick up up, if you have luggage with wheels, take that luggage to the back of the bus for loading BEFORE getting onto the bus.
I highly recommend using Park-N-Go.

These people have such great service. I drop my car, shuttle to the airport, am picked up in a timely manner upon return and have my car waiting. I just hop in and go. This last trip I had my car washed also. They do a great job and are always courteous and prompt. I will always use their services.

My flight was supposed to get in at 12:13 from CA. It arrived much closer to 1 AM. The snow was falling and the temperature was almost 30 degrees colder than when I left. As a 78 year old widow, I can't tell you how nice it was to know that I would be picked up at the airport, my car would be running and all warmed up, and I had nothing to worry about. The bus was already there when I got my luggage, so i didn't have to wait. All four of us going to Park-N-Go were happy people.

Had to take a mini trip to Michigan and used Park N Go valet for the very first time. Didn't want to pay the airport valet (overpriced) and also didn't want my truck to be in an open lot at the Dayton airport. I was skeptical at first but online they had a free one day valet so it also made it super economical. I was at the airport in 5 minutes and dropped off right at TSA line, upon my return they were there within minutes of sending a text. Don't fly out of Dayton very often but will definitely use in the future!!

This is my go to when I fly out of Dayton. Friendly and convenient. It’s so nice to have a quick pickup and a short shuttle ride to my waiting car after a flight. The valet service is amazing. My car is waiting at the front with the snow scraped and the heat on or the a/c on in the summer.

This is the “go to” spot for airport parking. I have always been hesitant to parking like this so I can travel by air, but it was a great experience.
Drop off was a breeze, they got my wife and I to the airport quickly. Pick up was simple, I called and let them know we were walking to baggage claim. We didn’t wait for more than 10 minutes to be picked up.

Park-N-Go is the BEST! Drop off right at the airport door. Pickup is quick and easy. Valet parking is so nice. They have the car ready for you and all you have to do is load your bags and take off. This is great especially in bad weather. In the winter the car is cleaned off and warmed up. We wouldn't fly out of Dayton without leaving our car here.

Great parking experience when flying from Dayton Airport. With the Airport valet parking out of service, it was a great alternative to have them drop me right off and take me back to my car. Some car services are offered as well. I did not take advantage this trip, but I may in the future. It was also Cheaper than parking on the airport (long term of short term) with quick turn-around and door to door service. Will be back my next trip!

I love their valet service. Just pull up, drop off your key and you are off to airport. Upon returning you get picked up and dropped off at your running car. Either with AC or Heat depending on season. Then the driver take your luggage and places it in your car. Shucks almost like the rich and famous. 🤓

Absolutely the best place to park when traveling out of the Dayton International Airport. They almost always have shuttle drivers waiting right there for your which makes a huge difference if you are in a rush. The whole experience is fast and smooth. The shuttle driver was awesome and even loaded my baggage up right from my parking spot. This was super awesome because I then had a hand free to grab the complimentary Starbucks when I dropped my keys off! They also have a great rewards program that gave me free parking when I took my wife on a trip for our anniversary.

Everything went great.We arrived at the park-n-go at 4 am.The check in was so easy. He was there took a couple minutes to get checked in.they had the van ready when we got there.and when we got back they were already at the airport waiting for us and had my car started ready to go. There was no paperwork to be done. The driver unloaded our luggage right into the car and we didn't even need to go back in to their office.Great service and they were very friendly.i would definitely use them again.
