On departure the shuttle picked us up at our car. On return the shuttle was there within two minutes of when we got to the waiting area and the dropped us off right at our car.
The people are friendly and helpful, best service we have ever experienced.

Very friendly staff. I park at Palm Lot whenever I fly out of San Diego. Easy access in and out. Sometimes it can be a few minutes to get picked up but the convenience is well worth it. The drivers are friendly and one of them even provides water and traffic updates when returning to the lot.

The staff is super friendly. They always insist on picking up our bags even when I try to give them a break. Shuttles are almost always available immediately or within a few short minutes.
