Unfortunately, I have NOT had any positive experiences, the car was picked up normally at the terminal on the way back, the suitcases were picked up and called on the way back, they said I'll be there in 10-15 minutes, then the driver came WITHOUT my car and said you are not with me today Registered / not on the list, then I have the documents Reserv. Confirmation etc. shown and he is back to find my car and drive back to the terminal. So after a good 1h and 15m. Then finally my car arrived, with 2 children and suitcases waiting at the airport. The driver apologized and said that his boss made a mistake and he will call me immediately to apologize / compensate. Unfortunately, I have NOT received a call from the boss to this day. therefore a star and it is no longer booked here, I can only advise against it. We used the Parkexperts24 valet service at Stuttgart Airport for the first time and were thrilled! Communication was flawless and our car was ready immediately after landing. Unfortunately we needed "a little" longer with our dog at customs, but even after 1.5 hours "delay" we were welcomed very nicely and given our car keys. It couldn't be better! We immediately booked again for October yesterday. :)

Great service! Everything went smoothly when we arrived at the airport at 4am. Even when we landed back in Stuttgart, he was already there with our car :-) - very friendly - always happy!
