Suuuper lieber und schneller Shuttle. Sowohl auf dem Hinweg als auch auf dem Rückweg!! Sofort würden wir wieder buchen. Können wir absolut weiterempfehlen. Könnte nichts besser laufen! Und das noch zu einem sehr angemessen Preis

I came back from Italy yesterday. There and back from the parking lot was a great service. 5 minute drive to the airport. The driver is very friendly and can be reached at any time via the telephone number. The car is safely parked and was able to drive straight back onto the freeway. Until the next flight from Cologne/Bonn. Value for money. Thank you very much!

Super Service

It was super uncomplicated, drop off the car and go straight to the airport with the transfer. And after the return flight, the transfer was there in a few minutes and straight back to the car. Always happy when we fly from Cologne!

Wir sind top zufrieden! Wir kamen nachts um 2 Uhr an, riefen an das wir da sind und es kam kurze Zeit später jemand, um uns reinzulassen. Uns wurde geholfen unser Gepäck in den Transferbus ein- und auszuladen und sind innerhalb von knapp 10 Minuten am Flughafen gewesen.



Bei der Abholung hat es genauso super geklappt 😊



Wir hatten den Parkplatz über eine Plattform gebucht, die scheinbar die Buchungen nicht weitergibt. Nachdem ich die Mail vorgezeigt habe, war alles gut. Beim nächsten Mal buche ich direkt beim Betreiber.

After a lot of extremely negative experiences in other parking lots, we have now found a reputable and absolutely reliable parking lot for our holidays. Absolutely top. The only thing that worries a bit at first is that you should hand over your car key. Unfortunately you weren't advised of it before so that you are skeptical when you arrive. After everything went great and we had a waiting time of max. 3 minutes for arrival and departure, I can warmly recommend this parking lot. MANY THANKS

Booked this parking because the cheaper airport parking was no longer available. I was a bit scared because of some bad reviews, but everything went well and I'm glad that the airport car park was full, so it was now a lot cheaper. On the way there it was a bald man, our name was not on the list so he was a bit annoyed, but this was not towards us personally. Had to wait a while and then sat in the van for 10 minutes. On the way back I wanted to call that we were ready, but the van was already there so we didn't have to wait. We were able to join immediately. So ideal. This was another man, September 19th at 3am. This one was very friendly and good-natured! Truly a top man 😁 We had chosen not to hand over the key. We are very satisfied with this parking and will book it again next time! I definitely recommend this parking lot! We could go on holiday worry-free without having to worry about additional costs as they don't charge anything extra if your flight is delayed. Top company!

Friendly, reliable, I can only recommend it. Called half an hour before arrival, the driver was there, took the car keys and we were driven straight to Cologne airport. On the return flight I called to pick up the suitcase and the driver was there straight away to get in.

It couldn't be better. 👍🏾

Super Service. Alles ist ohne Probleme gelaufen und wir wurden Sofort abgeholt. Sehr empfehlenswert.

As agreed, I called 10 minutes before arrival and announced my arrival. Luggage can be unloaded in front of the gate and a free parking space will then be found on the area. Worked quickly. Afterwards we soon set off in the shuttle van. The journey to the airport takes approximately 10 minutes. The driver then helps to load the luggage and you are ready for check-in.

After the return flight everything went well again. We were there 1 hour before the agreed pick-up time, but after a phone call we were picked up again after a short wait.

Everything is ok, so I can recommend Park Cool.

Wir haben gestern das 2. Mal den Shuttle Service genutzt bei Nachtflügen. Es hat beide Male wunderbar funktioniert. Schnell, zuverlässig und freundlich. Gerade bei Anflug und Ankunft ist mir Zuverlässigkeit wichtig und kene langen Wartezeiten. Immer wieder Park Cool und gern weiter empfohlen :-)

Hat alles super funktioniert!

Einen Tag vor Abreise gebucht, Shuttle zum Flughafen war nach 10min da. Rückweg ging noch besser, wir waren noch am Kofferband, als wir angerufen wurden, wann wir ankommen. Nachdem wir danach zum Busterminal gegangen sind, war das Fahrzeug nach 2 min vor Ort, d.h. der Mitarbeiter hat schon vor der Schranke gewartet. Wirklich sehr professionell und sehr zu empfehlen!

Super helpful, fast and reliable - we would park here again and again

Arrive at night: the parking lot is dark and a gravel road. But it bothered me less. The driver was hectic (had to process 3 cars or customers). I dialed with the key and gave it to the driver. The transfer was punctual and quick. At the airport I got a call from a Parkcool employee asking where my car keys were. I said I gave it to the driver. The employee stated that he wanted to find out more and would call back. Thankfully I got a call later saying they had found the key. I myself had concerns beforehand because the driver was so hectic about whether giving him the key was a good option. OK. Ultimately, all's well that ends well, but you start to think a lot when you want to check in at the airport and get a call like that. The return transfer after landing went smoothly. After calling Parkcool, the driver was on site quickly. I've experienced it differently before. The parking fee was completely fine.

Customer service is very good. They are ready to transfer you to the airport and when you arrive, they are in airport in 5 minutes. Parking lot is safe and monitored with surveillance cams. It is located close to the airport. I would definetely suggest this place.

Super Service, sind mitten in der Nacht von Köln-Bonn geflogen. Sind zum Parkplatz und Fahrer kam wenige Minuten später. Genauso pünktlich wurden wir bei Ankunft abgeholt, alles reibungslos. Nette hilfsbereite Fahrer. Zu empfehlen

Arrival was great. The driver was there immediately and brought us safely and punctually to Cologne Airport.

There was a slight delay on arrival in Cologne pick-up...but a member of staff was always available and we would then be safely picked up from the airport to the car park.

I can recommend with a clear conscience......
