This was my first time parking here and the experience was excellent. Finding the lot was very easy, and once there it was well marked so you knew exactly where to go. The staff was very courteous and made certain we were able to get our luggage out of the car and ready for the shuttle with no problem. Parking was a breeze and the lot was safe and secure. The shuttle was very efficient and the driver was the best. He got us to the port quickly in spite of very heavy traffic. Once there our luggage was unloaded and ready very quickly. He gave us clear direction on how to get into the terminal and what to do on our return to get the shuttle back to the lot. I would have no problem using your service again when we sail from Port Everglades.

Everything was very organized and efficient. The staff was very helpful. My only suggestion is to put a sign closer to the casino to tell you to pull up to the trailer before you park. We parked on the other side of the sign and didnโ€™t see the sign to tell us to drive to the trailer. We parked, unloaded our car and pulled our bags to trailer. Then they said we would have to go back and get our car and get a ticket. No a big problem but just a little extra work that could have been avoided if we saw the sign first.

The entire experience worked perfectly for me on my recent trip using them. I arrived at the parking lot before my flight, was asked if this was my first time while they explained the entire process.

Parked my car, they had markers so you can find your car on return. Shuttles came regularly, entire staff was professional & friendly. Even at such an early morning work hour.

When I returned from trip, getting a shuttle back to my car was just a simple phone call.

Was a good experience. Fair price (if you book online ahead of time), little strange that you leave your bags at the pick up area (so be sure there are 2 of you), and then you park your vehicle yourself and walk back to the pick up area. Same with pick up - need to walk to car. Was fine for me, but think that if you aren't able to walk far, could be a problem. Minimal wait time for the shuttle to the port, but a long wait on the return. We were there before 9am, and still had to wait around 30 minutes for pickup. I know there is a lot going on on debark day, but still a bit of a wait. Also, the driver on the drop off showed us where the pick up would be, but unfortunately the ship docked at a different 'bay' so was irrelevant. Perhaps the driver should have said may not return to same spot. Again, not a problem for us, but perhaps some folks may have gotten confused.

Positive experience for us last year & using them again in March. As I read other reviews, there are a lot of helpful suggestions. Especially about leaving your luggage near the trailer as you drive in. I had a few last minute things to stow away in our vehicle & last minute things to arrange in my luggage. You should be totally ready to leave your luggage as you drive on the property.
