I was satisfied. Just the behavior of its staff was not nice.

Honestly the expectations were very low after seeing the reviews. I made the reservation in the last minute and paid 32E for 3 days. Well, surprise I had nothing to reproach. The transfer back and forth went smooth and I wasn't taxed for ride. I wouldn't give a 5☆, just because the rating and experiences are already very polarized. But the service was just fine.

Very kind and reliable company. Transfer cars and employees are very positive. I've used here for the third time and I will continue to use.

Easy, much Cheaper, practical and so much more friendly.

By my first and last time the contact at the parking at the airport C1 was what I would call arrogant! Not the best way to assure a better future with good references.

I always park there when I fly from Cologne. I last used P&F from August 11 23:45 to August 29th 01:00. Another flawless experience ! :o) [Bearded Frenchman] The price is right. Not too much not too cheap. They are VERY reliable and well-organized. The shuttle works round the clock and is included. Be careful when you come back: 1) pick-up is @ the arrivals level, Terminal 2, Gate C. Rewe shop is on your left. 2) call the number on the paper - NOT the WhatsApp number 3) wait until you are out to call. I recommend them 200 %. You can leave your keys and you'll find your cark nicely parked and waiting for you when you return. They don't speak French (and I don't blame them for that), a little English. :o)
