The parking spot is pretty full and simple. Which was no problem for us. The staff were friendly. Of course u need to plan some time to sign in with them, park your car and go with the shuttle. They drive with multiple shuttle busses (which are of course not new), u might need to wait a few minutes but won’t take too long. On your way back: If there are going to be multiple airplanes who are too late, it might be difficult for them to plan. In this case you might have to wait a couple more minutes. We have seen people scream at the staff and threaten them (only because they were made to wait a few minutes) but the staff kept calm.
They speak very good English and most of them also speak German.

Super punctual, nice and reliable.
We were called about 20 minutes before our stated arrival whether we would be on time. After arriving, it took less than 10 minutes to get us to the airport.
After our return flight, we contacted the driver who happened to have just arrived at the airport: She was waiting for us and so we were able to go straight to the parking lot without delay (she dropped a family at Ideal-Parking on the way, which is probably part of the The same undertaking, so the journey took 5 minutes longer than the way there - we didn't mind).
Driver was friendly both on the way there and back.

Hello everyone, I can't understand some of the reviews, I tried Trema-Parking and booked for 2 weeks. On arrival I called the driver and he informed me that he would be there in 10 minutes, this fit exactly to the minute, we parked my car and then we went to the airport.
2 weeks later I landed waiting for my luggage and after I was finished I reached the driver, then went to the meeting point and smoked a cigarette and then the driver was already there.
I can only recommend 5 +++++ stars value.

I was initially in doubt but had a really good experience with them. I parked there for 5 days for aprox 50 euro. They were very responsive and helpful and generally got the info required. Bad sides: in the initial email the address was a little different ( same street different no) and I found the correct one after I called them. Good side: very good English support. Distance to airport 15-20 min. Bad side: cannot prepay or pay with card so you need to have cash ( no recepit provided although I didn't asked for one).
