Super understanding and collaborative.

I arrive by van but I had paid for a car.

They tell me that I have to pay a difference of practically double, but they call the manager to ask if they could get a better price, and so they do, making me pay only 20% more. Upon returning, a day later due to flight cancellation, they made me pay an extra full day, but here they go beyond any expectations. After I had already paid, they chase me to give me a voucher for a free day given the mistake in making me pay for the full extra day, instead of discounted!

I felt it was my duty to tell you how pleasant it is to find people with great humanity and a spirit of collaboration!

Excellent parking service near Palermo airport. There is also a shuttle bus that takes you directly to the airport and vice versa when you return to collect your car. All anti-covid regulations are respected and the temperature is measured on arrival.

Nothing to say, just very kind, super organized and above all efficient.

Arrived at the scheduled time, we are immediately taken to the airport with the shuttle included in the price.

Once we returned, we found them ready to wait for us. We also greatly appreciated that they called us hours before to confirm the arrival time. Highly recommended, we will definitely contact them again in the future.

Really recommended parking. Serious and helpful staff attentive to every need. We left with the 6.30 flight, and already at 4.45 we left the car at the car park, where the shuttle was already ready to take us to the airport. Arrival time at the airport approximately 3 minutes. On my way back I called to let them know that the 10.55pm flight would be late and they reassured me by telling me that they would wait for me as the arrival would be around 1.30am. Even on the way back the shuttle service was ready and effective, they were already there waiting for us, another few minutes and we were already at the car park. Super effective service, and kind and friendly employees. A big thank you to all the guys at Orange. I will book a parking space here again from Orange Parking.

Super efficient parking a stone's throw from the airport, friendly and polite staff. In just a few minutes they take you to the airport. On the way back they arrive just as quickly, not even 5 minutes pass. The sign. Mimmo is a kind and helpful person. Highly recommended.

Left the car for 8 days, with transfers all very fast both on departure and arrival, with friendly and helpful drivers.

The only note....I had to leave the keys (they parked it) even though the booking receipt said "keep the keys".

I had done other quotes online but with them it was more convenient.

Until today I have always reached the airport independently but this time I was leaving with a person with limited mobility so my wife and I decide to go to the airport with our car only that the car parks were all booked so I decide to make use of the Orange service ....... never better choice .... excellent online service you can book and pay directly from home. Once you arrive on site (it is only 400 meters from the airport) you leave the car and with a courtesy and professionalism to be commended in 5 minutes you are at the departures .... same procedure on return in particular I was lucky enough to meet Mimmo and Samuele (to say kind and professional is an understatement) who did their utmost to get us to the parking lot upon returning. I thank the structure and in particular Mimmo and Samuele who have shown excellent dedication to their work but above all a humanity to be appreciated.

The orange carini car park is a maximum of 5 minutes from Palermo's Falcone Borsellino airport with a quality service. Quick in check-in, kind and friendly Stefano Mimmo and Ezio manage the parking lot. The very fast shuttle service, once you have collected your luggage just call and just long enough to reach the entrance near the pharmacy at the departures that the shuttle reaches you. We waited exactly one minute during lunchtime, so the roads are still quite busy. Machine obviously found perfect without damage. The only flaw they do not have a covered space but will have time and way to improve this aspect. Congratulations perfect service and correct rate.

As you leave for Milan, the tire pressure warning light comes on when you arrive at the car park. I had a puncture just before entering the parking area. I would be back on Sunday late at night, so I leave the keys and ask the owners to repair them. They called me on the phone to agree on the type of intervention, and when I picked up the car they didn't even charge for the trouble. Without forgetting kindness and professionalism. Chapeau!

Excellent solution for leaving the car when using the "Falcone e Borsellino" airport in Palermo. The shuttles, which run between the departures area, are comfortable and punctual. The cost is less, comparing to airport parking. I didn't put the other star, because it's not covered.

We used this service for every departure. Park your car and the shuttle will take you to the airport (about 5 minutes), when you return you call them as soon as you land and they will be at the airport on time. They are quite organized, precise and above all (sometimes even leaving the keys to them) we found everything as we had left it. Staff very kind.

La navetta per e da aeroporto di Palermo è sempre disponibile e veloce essendo la distanza da percorrere molto breve. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti. Io mi sono trovato sempre molto bene!

I recently discovered this car park very close to the airport and I must say that it turned out to be the best in value for money. I will use it for the next few times and highly recommend it. The staff is extremely organized and attentive to schedules, reservations, etc. They ask you to leave your phone number so they can keep up to date in case of delays or setbacks. Uncovered parking just 5 minutes from the airport.

Thank you very much Salvatore and Riccardo of the shuttle service for waiting for me, despite the delay of my flight, until 3:30 in the morning, very kind and very efficient. When I arrived they were already at the airport and I didn't have to wait even a second.

The shuttle service is normally suspended from 02:00 to 04:00, information that unfortunately I had not noticed when booking.

Certainly mine was an oversight and the management and the shuttle service have solved the problem in the best possible way, but I would still like to suggest a clearer notice on the site, especially when already in the booking phase you enter times close to closing (in the my case the flight was already scheduled for a time close to closing, 01:50).

Great parking, minutes from the airport. Staff very helpful, serious and professional. Despite the 2 hour delay of my flight arriving in Palermo at 2.30am instead of 00.30am, Mr. Mimmo did his best to pick me up at the airport despite being outside their normal opening hours.
