Car only had 400km on the clock when i picked it up, no extra payment for insurance, sat nav etc even mentioned. Was in and out at both drop off and pick up withi 20 mins.

Excellent from start to finish. We availed of the meet and greet service at the airport, which made the handover so easy for us and were able to get on the road quickly, which was great as we had our 10month old with us.

First time using Marbenjo (they also use “Myca” branding). They are located on an industrial estate near the airport and provide a minibus transfer. After collecting your bags and leaving the terminal, give them a phone to let know you’ve arrived and and take the short walk to the collection area, opposite the Control Tower (shared with other operators and signposted). It was only a short wait for the bus, then a 5/6 minute drive to their garage (we had the the bus to ourselves).
Their garage is bright and clean and the office is air conditioned, plus there is a toilet and a vending machine selling drinks. Paperwork and payment were completed quickly and there was no hard selling of insurance (just a casual check if we needed it). They completed the damage report with me watching, then the car was ours. We got the exactly the car ordered, new and in great condition, and very clean. Another nice thing is that it only had small “Myca” stickers on it - no massive stickers like some companies use, which scream “I’m a hire car”. No rush for us to leave, so we could take our time loading cases, etc.
Return was just as easy - quick check the fuel level was full and for no new damage, then a short wait for the minibus back to the terminal, which dropped us off right outside departures.
Note that, rather than block the deposit amount on your credit card, they charge it and then do a refund upon return - depending how the exchange rate changes, you may get a slightly less or more back (we made a few Pounds profit 😀 ).
Friendly staff with great service. Would happily use again in the future.

I hate renting cars, it’s always a hassle, you have to be close to paranoid else it will cost you has been my experience so far (Yes Goldcar I am talking to you!) . We rent a car each year when we visit Spain and this time we gave Marbenjo rental a try.
They have the office just outside the Malaga airport but they will pick you up from the airport and drive you there at no extra costs so that’s cool. The people there are very friendly and the cars are very new and clean. They were also very patience with me as I was a bit paranoid to be fair as I tent to film everything just so I have proof later on.
They where cool with all that and kept calm and told me not to worry. And they where right the car was fantastic and the service they deliver is good too.
One thing did go wrong but it was my own fault. I forgot the key in the car and I was locked out. They drove 1 hour to me and 1 hour back to unlock the car and only asked me 40 euro’s for that. A bad company would have charged more because in fact I had no other options.
When we returned the car we always clean it out and fill it up so return went smooth too. The return to the airport was not in the parking lot but they buy a ticket to drop you in front of the entry, that’s some great service.
Really a stress reliever and fantastic to see people still can run a honest business these days, keep it up guys! Marbenjo has changed my look on car rental and I will deff rent with them again.

We've been here in October 2019 and would always come back, if we needed a car in the area again.
The service was brilliant - pick up from the airport, pricing, super friendly staff and upgrade to a red Ferrari (alias Fiat) all great :)
When we brought the car back on our last night, they also offered to bring us to the hotel or metro and pick us up from the hotel to take us to the airport on the next day.
All in all, a great experience.

Just returned from a week in Spain and was very impressed with myca - easy collection from Malaga airport, super professional and very new/well thought out facilities. Easy collection with thorough check of car which turned out to be a neat brand new seat Ibiza with a high spec including CarPlay etc which made life super easy for satnav etc. no pressure sales and return was also easy. Looked like most of their fleet was higher spec models which is unusual in my experience of hire cars. Would 100% use again.

Best car rental company i ever had, they don't give you excuse and extra fees. Its just easy and fast service that deserves a mention. They were at the airport 5 minutes after we called and their instructions were great. Car was almost new and very clean and ready for take off after registering with the front clerk. First time we have used an off airport company for car rental at Malaga and found service was first class. Telephoned office from Malaga airport and we promptly picked up by minibus for the short transfer. Staff were very friendly and courteous and soon sorted the paperwork. No hard sell for extras which was refreshing. Given a brand new Opel Mokka with 1km on the clock! No issues during rental period. Dropped off at end of holiday and soon on our way back to the airport by minibus transfer. 500 euro deposit (taken on collection) was refunded to my credit card within a couple of days.
Highly recommended and will definately use again.
