We wait 1 hour for the staff to pick us up. He brings another 2 customers to the airport, as he does personal business. They do not speak Swedish and they do not care that the customer is dissatisfied. I will never return.
I can't give a star. I was simply forgotten with my family at 2:00 a.m. on Monday! Despite countless calls, nobody answered the phone! Then I had to organize a taxi to Dortmund, which caused considerable costs. During the taxi ride I was able to reach another parking company by phone shortly before Leverkusen. He then got us the car key from the person who was actually on duty (must have gone home). Then we turned back by taxi to get to the parking lot. Guarded parking? Not even close! Tor got up and nobody was in the parking lot! Then got the key from another company and was able to drive home in my own car. I'm still waiting for my expenses to be reimbursed. Absolutely not to be recommended!
Ridiculous size of seats, scandalous state of cleanliness and of course maximum price.
Had you been able to give zero stars in ratings, I would have done so and not "invited" them to a star. Might be the most rogue company ever. Our car was damaged in their parking while we were on vacation and they then refused to cover the repair costs and did not want to release the surveillance film from their surveillance cameras (which they claim to have 24/7) when the police demanded it. They did not want to take any responsibility or cooperate at all on the responsibility issue. So my advice: don't leave your car to Landvetter Parking Service if you want to leave your car in safe hands when you're away.
