Fantastic and professional service. As soon as i parked my car and handed my keys over, I was on the shuttle bus and off to the airport within minutes. Upon return, I rung to be collected and was told a shuttle was about to leave, but they would wait for me to get on. I quickly jumped on and made it back to see my car was already ready for me to go. Did not even need to wait for anyone to bring my car around. Just brilliant service. Have already made my second booking with them.

Impeccable service from start to finish. Check-in took no longer than a few minutes, then went straight into the mini van and was at the airport in about 7min. For the journey back, my call got answered straight away and the bus was there to pick me within 10min.
Even though this service might cost slightly more than the Melbourne Airport’s long-term car park, I’d much rather park here instead for multiple reasons: their bus service is actually direct (doesn’t stop at every single car parking station), the bus is less crowded, they save you the hassle of walking around a massive parking lot to find your car cos they have your car parked and ready for you when you leave. I would definitely recommend Jetaway Airport Parking. We recently used them and found everything was smooth. Upon arrival we were directed where to park and the bus driver who was about to depart let us know that he would wait for us whilst we went to the office. Drop off was easy and we were told exactly where the pick up would be. After arriving back in Melbourne, collecting our luggage and making our way to the pick up point we had to wait less than five minutes for the shuttle bus. Once back at Jetaway parking the payment process was quickly and easily done and we were out of there in less than five minutes. We will most certainly be using them again

Excellent customer service. I am a regular user of Jetaway. I’d checked my bags in for a late night flight then realised I’d left my phone in my car. I raced down to the pick up point, explained to the next Jetaway driver the problem. He phoned ahead and my phone had been retrieved and was waiting for me in the office and the driver took me straight back to the airport. My fault but you can’t get better customer service than that anywhere!!!

Used Jetaway airport parking instead of the usual self parking method I use. The process was simple and comparative cheaper. The airport drop off and pickup services were seamless and there were no delays.
When we arrived, they had brought the car back right in front of the office for our convenience. The team is pretty organised and work in accordance to our instructions.

Have just returned from my trip away and left our car with Jetaway.
The pricing was excellent as I'd compared to several other businesses.
The service too was excellent. We were treated very well on our arrival and booking the car in and again on our return to Melbourne.
The pick up on our return was extremely quick and could not be faulted.
The driver helped load all our luggage into the van plus helped unload once back at the yard.
I 100% have no hesitation in recommending this business. This business will be my go to now for any further trips requiring airport parking.

Over the years I've used a few of the airport parking/shuttle bus services. Jetaway is by far the best I've come across. Super fast, friendly service and truly secure parking. Our flight was delayed and didn't arrive until 3am, this was not a problem at all, the shuttle still picked us up, and the driver was friendly and helpful.

These guys were cheap, fast with the pickup and we were well mannered throughout.
I was particularly surprised with how quick the turnaround was from getting to Jetaway to getting to the terminal. We pretty much just dropped our keys with the office and were taken straight to a transfer mini bus. Great service.

Upon arrival I was given a slip with the number to call when we arrive back in Melbourne & handed over my keys. Shuttle bus drivers race against the clock especially as this service is run 24/7. Upon arrival back in Melbourne on the 23/07 we called in when we arrived & the consultant over the phone had advised us of 6 other people being picked up by the shuttle that was on its way as there were 5 of us. It was very cold outside and he made sure we were still able to get onto the shuttle upon specified instructions as we had kids, which I found they were very compassionate about! Great service. We have used this company about 5 or 6 times. Easy to book and check in on arrival. Little (5mins) to no wait time to depart for the airport. Max wait time we have had being collected from the airport between 10-15 mins. The car is always ready and keys at reception when we arrive. Quick payment and out the gate. Highly recommend
