As others have shared, rooms are dated, but it's a budget hotel. Each day the hallways would smell of smoke, but that would eventually get taken care of with cleaning. Service was fine. Enjoyed Mike's singing at breakfast each morning. He definitely offered excellent service and made us feel very welcome during our stay. Five star employee.

Although the facilities had seen better days, the staff did an outstanding job to make our stay enjoyable! Large pool area, next to an arcade with a pool table and vending machines. Fantastic breakfast included - eggs, potatoes, sausage, cereal, fruit, etc. One of the dining staff made it his business to ensure you had the best chance at a wonderful day! Personal interactions, friendly banter, and song were effortlessly used to set the tone in the dining room and the start of the day! The staff at the front desk were also quite attentive, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed for a late pizza delivery.

We were a little wary about staying here after reading some of the reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised. It is what it is - it's a budget hotel near an airport - but the room was clean, the shower was hot, and the staff was extremely friendly/helpful. We got in late and it was very quiet overnight. The free breakfast was better than most. We would stay here again.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the hotel on a weekend.... the staff at the front desk was very busy, but so friendly and efficient. Our room was clean as was the bar and pool area. Mike in the complementary breakfast area was so incredibly pleasant. So polite, funny, and just an overall great personality! For a convenient location in a busy part of town this hotel was a good fit for us😊

The price is good for King size bed. The breakfast is excellent with hot food eggs, potatoes, French toast and sausage patties. They have cereal, toast, bagels, yogurt etc. Coffee and juice. Those two things made me give it a 4. However, the carpet has some stains, the water knob was hard to turn on, the hair dryer almost didn't work. The room was clean

The bed was comfortable. The AC worked. The staff were friendly.

We were there with group of young people on a charter bus. Dinning room large.

Bar and restaurant open 5pm to 10 or 11 pm. inside the building.

It was a fine hotel. The breakfast was really good and it was very nice to be able to sleep in (check out time was noon!). The pillows were small and there weren't enough outlets. The sheets were pretty weak. But it was pretty cheap and there was a fridge and microwave, which came in handy. I probably wouldn't aim for it in the future, but I've also been to worse hotels.

Room was comfortable. Common area around the microwave wasn't very clean, dead beetles on the floor. There was a large fake nail behind the nightstand in our room while looking for an outlet. Shower was not the cleanest. But to my standards still acceptable. Morning cleaning staff and kitchen staff were delightful. overnight staff member was not very helpful, said he wasn't a manager a few times and couldn't answer my question about hair dye on the towels or bed sheets.

A nice low cost hotel on Madison's east side! There's a great bar and restaurant. Chef makes the best grilled cheese and cheese curds. I love the pool and arcade. Really, it's a low priced hotel so you get what you pay for. They offer free shuttles to the airport and a big breakfast. It's a comfortable package!

I arrived Late in the evening and they were able to accommodate me with a quiet and restful room. Since currently there is no breakfast that was advertised they did have bags of items to take with you.

Always has clean sheets and rooms. Still providing breakfast bags gor covid. Pool is closed but it was safe and comfortable. Very nice.

Very kind and caring staff. Great location! Easy to get to the pool, and breakfast area. Very good breakfast! The rooms were very clean, and well lit. The front desk was always very helpful. Great memories!

The staff were friendly and very helpful. I needed to print several something for an important interview and the front desk staff made it possible. The staff helping with breakfast was also extremely personable, greeted everyone as they walked in, and checked to make sure that everyone had what they needed.
