I had some issues with a 3rd party booker, but thru them and Chico as the front desk, we got it all sorted out!! They were so helpful and I appreciate the care they took with my situation.
The room was nice and cold (just perfect for this Texas veteran) and the beds were very comfy!
I felt confident that if there were any issues, the staff would have taken care of them.
The sink was clogged and the heater unit had a smell I called and the older man came and made sure everything is good .. he cleaned the dust out of it and made sure to put some smell goods in the vent. I was in room 218 . The loudness of the people moving around outside made me feel like I was back in the ghetto I also don't trust bedding so I brought my own bed sheet .. and slept like a baby
This was the second time I booked at the hotel, My first experience was not good at all however you can tell that they have changed staffing and are doing their utmost to create a clean and friendly environment. They were kind to me with my emotional support dogs The room was clean and the staff was accommodating. It's a great price and the location is convenient to my new job until my apartments ready for me.
I was a bit spooked because of all the terrible reviews, but I'm giving this place five stars in all areas to offset all those bad reviews. There is nothing wrong with it at all. The exterior might make you think it's a low end motel, but it exceeded all my expectations for the price. The bedding and fixtures were new, the bed comfy, the bathroom immaculate. The room even had a fridge and microwave, I guess I wasn't expecting that! I was warm and felt safe and the clerk who checked me in was lovely and friendly. Highly recommended for the price. When you are travelling alone, it's hard to find a reasonably priced motel, and I got superb value for my money. Recommended. This was also my first Red Roof experience, and I'm impressed for the single-friendly pricetag.
