We arrived at 8am, called about 10 minutes before arrival. The driver arrived at the parking lot at the same time as us. Nice, friendly, accommodating. Were then dropped off directly at the terminal.

Called the baggage carousel. Driver was ready. Invited, to the car and ready to go. From getting in until we were in our car and on the highway

I can't understand the bad reviews at all. I was wondering if we're talking about 2 different companies here! Everything went smoothly for us. Were even at the parking garage 15 minutes before the agreed time (4:15). Super friendly drivers. They explained everything again when we called (upon arrival). But we already received that in advance by email! Super Service. We didn't have to wait long after arrival. But that also depends on how high the utilization is. If you don't want to wait, you should look for a VIP company. 5 deserved stars. Anyone who is in such a good mood and friendly at 4:15 a.m. loves what they do! Thanks.

I am extremely satisfied from start to finish. I accidentally canceled my booking the day before, the very nice lady at the head office took the time to re-enter my booking into their system. Once we arrived at the P2 SI Center car park, everything went smoothly. The pickup was also very, very pleasant, the driver entertained us well with two other families :) At this point, a warm greeting and many thanks to the driver Toni 👍 My vehicle will be your guest again next year at the latest!

Absolutely delighted with the service with driver. Call 20min before our arrival at the airport and the driver was already waiting for us at the airport. On our return to the airport, our car was in front. We did not wait at any time and it was really nice when you have 2 young children and our suitcases!

Really effective and at a good price. We recommend eyes closed.

For us this service is perfect. Well organized parking. The shuttle is on time. The drivers are super nice. I don't really understand the negative comments. The explanations certainly in German are very correct. Go to the P2 car park, there is an entrance indicated specifically for flyavay, drop off the suitcases and rest of the passengers at the 3.120 car park. Park your car anywhere else. The driver picks you up at place 120. Not even 10 minutes later you are at the airport. For the return, a queue after going through customs. He gives you a valid exit ticket and that's it. I find his top with of course the price at the TOP.

Toller Service zu fairen Preisen. Die Anfahrt mit GoogleMaps verlief ohne Probleme und führte mich direkt an die Garage. Wer alleine fährt, sollte etwas füher an einen Parkplatz an der Autobahn halten und sich ankündigen. Die Fahrer waren pünktlich und freundlich. Das kontaktlose Bezahlen funktioniert einwandfrei.

Bei Abflügen ab Stuttgart, buche ich gerne wieder.

So we can't completely understand the bad reviews. We called the parking garage at 5:15 a.m. (15 minutes earlier than agreed) and received clear instructions from the driver where we had to go. A short time later he was there and loaded our luggage. On the way to the airport we stopped twice to pick up other guests. Our suitcases were unloaded at the terminal, we were wished a nice holiday, we were given brief information about where we would be picked up again and we were done. When we arrived, the driver was already there, had already let other families get on and we could go straight along. Ok, there were a few people in the car, but the driver knows what he's doing.

Staff very friendly despite the fact that it was both times in the middle of the night. Price absolutely top and in the covered parking garage. If the prices stay this good we will definitely use this good service again
