Unser Hinflug wurde von der Airline um eine Stunde vorverlegt. Dies führte dazu, dass wir eine Stunde früher als in der Buchung angegeben am Parkplatz waren. Am Parkplatz angekommen erreichte ich zufällig die Shuttle-Fahrerin, die mir dann mitteilte, dass sie jetzt Feierabend hat und wenn wir den Transfer zum Flughafen jetzt wollen, einen Zuschlag von 20 Euro bezahlen müssen. Ein äußerst fragwürdiges Verhalten. Wohlgemerkt der Transfer erfolgte um ca. 14 Uhr, also innerhalb der offiziellen Shuttle-Zeiten. Ich werde zukünftig NIE WIEDER einen Parkplatz bei FlyAway Service buchen!
I join the other 1 star comments! Very bad service! We then parked directly at the airport because otherwise we would have missed our flight! Unfortunately, they cannot reply to emails either! Never again!
Smile until you pay then finished. Upon arrival you must manage to wait for room service which makes you wait 30 minutes. Then the lady throws you to the parking lot which is 100m from your vehicle, it's up to you to make do ... No hello, no goodbye. Zero !! Never again !! I advise against. Very expensive and very dismal service.
It's a scam, we are made to believe a lot of things in the end, they made us miss the plane.

In my opinion this company is not serios. You speak something they do whatever they want. Communication is in one way - from company side only. Next time I'll avoid it.
After parking my car at their parking lot I asked if I could pay the with debit card and the driver said no. When I reminded him that on their website they explicitely mention your right to pay with debit card he threatened to get my car towed away (maybe they should change their company name...). What do you say to that when you have to catch a flight in an hour. I had to pay with the cash I had planned for the trip.
I emailed a complaint and called the customer service, but I never even got an apology for what happened.
