Very dissatisfied, canceled our booking well in advance, but never received a refund. They do not respond by email / telephone. Definitely not recommended!

Car recovered with damage. Mail sent but no response. Eventually received response but Flight Parking screens with Terms and Conditions and indicates not to be responsible. After a lot of nagging over and over again, flight parking offers to pay back my parking fee (out of leniency). Is not in proportion to the damage suffered, therefore not accepted.
If you choose Flight-parking, You really have to hope you get your car back the same status as you give them, otherwise they will NOT reimburse you anything and hang up you phone calls if you just want to talk peacefully about the issue.
I gave my 2017 MINI to the driver from Flight-parking at Schiphol and the driver checked the car, confirming no damage. When I picked up the car 5 days later, a scratch of 5cm on the back left side was found. I immediately told the guy who delivered the car and he asked me to write an email to Flight-parking. I did, no reply. As the damage was caused apparently between the driver took the car and giving me the car back, I wanted Flight-parking to commit to cover the cost for necessary repairing before I send it to the MINI dealer. However, Flight-parking was just trying to avoid to make any commitment on the phone with no solid reason (obviously they know that their driver found no damage when he picked up the car). The guy answering the phone agreed to reply my email but did not. Now if I try to call and check the status, they hang up my call. What a responsible and trust worthy company!
In the end they sent me an email basically saying I’m a fool putting trust in them:
Firstly, we are sorry for you that you have a little car damage. Flight Parking is not responsible for this car damage. We drive the car from the departures to our parking location where youre care is standing save, and a damage like this is not possible.
As you can see on our website, flight parking is not responsible on any way. You accepted that at the moment you maked the reservation.
