If you are traveling through ELP you have to take your car here. They are extremely fast, responsible, reasonably priced and they will even wash your car for a small fee. I highly recommend them and my family has been using them for years!

I have kept my car at Shelter Valet Parking, now Fast Spot Valet Parking, in El Paso, Texas for many years. Christine Palmer and her staff have always provided great service. During the current pandemic, when I have not been in El Paso to drive the car, they started it once a week and filled the tank with gas when it started to run low. They also took the car to my mechanic and had it inspected to renew the vehicle registration. Thank you! Parking was actually covered here. Left it fir a week with no issues and no dents in my doors like I'm used to at the airport long term and even short term parking. They drive you to the terminal and pick you up. A much preferred option based on my first experience using this place.

This is the best idea ever. They secure your car while you are away. Drop you off at the front and pick you up. Car is always up front and ready when you return. Then the price is very similar to the parking at the airport. The staff is always amazing

These guys get you in and out quickly, and at a very reasonable weekly/or daily cost. They can wash, detail, wax your vehicle (for an extra charge) and even change your oil, if need be. All services other than parking have their own pre-determined prices. Not 5 stars because they forgot to wash my car last time I parked there...and I paid ahead of time. If they remember this time, it will be 5 stars.

Service is convenient and they usually answer the phone on the first or second ring. They drop you off and pick you up relatively fast. My only complaint is I picked up my vehicle around 11PM and battery was dead. Something was probably left on or a door wasn’t closed all the way. Vehicle was in the front so I questioned if it was under covered parking at all but office staff said they bring the vehicles expected to be picked up during the night shift to the front around 9 or 930 PM. I had to wait for the bus to come back for my vehicle to be jump started (5-10 min)

The service is spectacular! Easy to get to the airport (and the shuttle driver was an angel--he helped me with my little one and her bags), but I was a Southwest meltdown casualty, so I don't know anything about the pick-up from the airport. When I arrived to get my car, I paid the wrong bill and was given the wrong keys. 🙈 It took a while to find the keys to my vehicle, but when they were finally found, my bill was reduced, apologies were made, and I was on my way home. The misplacement of my keys makes me a little nervous, but the service was excellent even with the hiccup.

I use these guys all the time. The airport just bought the company, it used to be Fast Spot. They're pretty good - I mean, I get my car back when it's safe and sound. More expensive than the airport, but worth it for the security. They take you to ther terminal, and pick you up when you get back.

Great service and secure parking. Their drop off and pick up service to the terminal is quick and very helpful with bags, etc. They will perform basic car servicing (oil changes, washing and detailing) at reasonable prices while you are away. I had our Ford Expedition detailed and they did a very nice job. It was parked right by the office and the driver put our bags in, while I settled up the payments. Very attentive service, a great place to park!

This place is the best! They were prompt at 4 am when we dropped off our vehicle. The driver would not allow us to carry our luggage. Upon our return, the driver was super fast in arriving and carried our luggage as well. The price was very reasonable as well. I've been with Fast Spot in El Paso for years. You can't find a better parking service for El Paso Airport. I park monthly with them. The prices are very reasonable. They have the BEST people working for them who drive you in their shuttle to the airport. It only takes 2-3 minutes to get to the airport from Fast Spot. I have never had a bad experience with one associate. Christine Palmer, the Manager, is beyond professional. She is caring about her clients and excellent in her communication and follow-through. It's hard to give a place 5 stars now days. But this was easy.
-The price is inexpensive compared to airport parking.
-I had an early morning flight. 6AM. Brought my car to them at 0430, they had their shuttle waiting for me. I simply handed them the keys to my truck and walked on the shuttle. I watched them assist and elderly gentlemen loading his bags on the shuttle and assisted him upon arrival to the terminal.
-When I returned from my trip, I texted the number they gave me and waited outside the baggage claim no more than 5 minutes. They had my truck waiting for me upfront. I cant think of anything else they could have done better.
I prepaid using there website, and also input my flight information. I think that made things easier for them and sped up the process of pick-up and drop-off times.
-Very courteous and professional. I will absolutely recommend them, and use there services again.

We weren't sure what to expect using them during Thanksgiving weekend but they were amazing! Easy drop off. You drive right up front and hand them your keys. They take your luggage from your vehicle to their shuttle. You arrive at the airport entrance in minutes. Upon your return, you use their app to ask for your vehicle to be retrieved and for the shuttle to come pick you up. They arrive curbside right outside baggage claim. They handle your luggage and drive you right up to your vehicle and then transfer your luggage from the shuttle to your vehicle. We tipped the shuttle driver and were on our way. All covered parking is a plus. For about the same cost as long-term airport parking. Highly recommend. 👍👍
