This was my first time flying out of Little Rock. I will always park here!! When I first parked there as soon as I got out of my truck the shuttle driver was there. He got out and loaded my luggage for me and took me straight to the airport. When I got back into town the shuttle driver (Luis) was waiting outside of the airport and he took me straight to my truck. Both drivers were so friendly. I made sure tip them both. Being a female traveling alone...these drivers made me feel comfortable and right at home. I had no time to be afraid of being in the parking lot alone because he stayed until I got in my truck. AWESOME AFFORDABLE SERVICE!!! See you guys next time I fly out!!

Always use this location for long term parking because they have a covered garage and it is safe and secure, unlike the open long term lot. Shuttle buses are quick to find you and upon return they are always waiting. Prices are a little higher but the peace of mind is worth it!

Before "the corona" I was a frequent user of EP. I I don't think I've ever had to wait more than a minute for one of the van drivers to pick me up. The drivers are courteous and helpful. From experience, I know that using EP is more economical, safer, quicker and easier than using the airport parking lot. Use EP once, and you'll never go back to airport parking lots.

They took care of me, and it was honestly a great service. The price was affordable, my car was how I left it, 2 buses come to the airport in rotation so you aren't waiting long. The same two buses drive around the lot and scoop you up pretty fast, they knew I would be there at that time and they communicate so everything ran smooth. If I had a question about parking my car the bus drivers could rely my question and answer it right away.

This is a great place to park for flights out of Little Rock. There is a covered parking garage and 24 hour shuttles to and from the airport erminal. When ever we have used it when our flight arrives the shuttle is waiting for us. Additional automotive services are also available for nominal charges. Both pickup and drop off have been handled quickly and efficiently, and I am hard pressed to think of any meaningful suggestion for possible improvement. It is definitely worth your time to sign up for Expressway Rewards EVEN IF you are not a business traveler. Since getting on their email list, I have received periodic promotional offers for discounted parking rates which were much appreciated. If you need to park your vehicle at Clinton National Airport, here is a strong recommendation to patronize Expressway Airport Parking. I especially recommend the covered parking as it is nice to load / unload away from the elements and have your car protected from the elements as well.

We chose this to save some money and ended up liking not just the financial savings but the great service! I mean, these shuttle guys are terrific! So nice, so good to talk with, so attentive (they immediately seem to know when you're on the property and drive the shuttle right to you), helpful with the luggage, patient, kind, dedicated (they work early in the morning to late at night, plus there is staff at the garage 24/7, they said), and get you there on time! The shuttle for picking up inbound passengers seems to consistently be there. They seem quite dedicated. Such a good experience that we will recommend for others to use!

Very fast getting you to the airport. The worst part is the drop off is at a high curb, so hard to pull your heavy luggage.
Pick up is very easy. Just wait at the designated area and a few minutes later they pick you up and off to your vehicle you go.
We even forgot a bag and the van driver caught us before we left to get it back to us. Great job 👍

I want to express my profound gratitude to the shuttle driver who took me to my car Monday 6/21 about 11:30 pm after a long day of travel. I have learned his name is Luis Riveros. When he dropped me off at my car he waited to make sure I was safe, but my car was dead. He was kind enough to quickly drop off the others and come back to jump my battery and get me on my way. He was able to tell me why the battery had run down and died, what to do about it and show me how to get my suitcase out of the backseat with the electric door opener not working since putting it in the trunk was not an option. I am especially grateful as my wheelchair assist to my flight home went poorly, we arrived one hour later than the expected 10:20 pm, and I was returning from my first post-pandemic visit to my elderly mother and family there. I was road weary and ready to be home. The gentleman did me a great kindness. Luis exemplifies the level of service I know I can always count on from the Expressway team.

He found our car even though I could not remember exactly where it was - couldn’t find the bar code or the reminder card. This place has bargain price parking and I saved even more by making a reservation and signing-up for their free "club" thing on their website. I compared my receipt to receipts from the airports economy parking and I saved $24 at this place. Plus I didn't have to walk 1/2 a mile to the terminal since this place picked me up before I got out of my car. I stayed on their lot and it was not trouble finding a spot. The lighting could be brighter overall but I did see lots of CCTV cameras. When I was dropped off at 12:30 AM after returning back from the airport, I saw the shuttle driver jump the battery of a customer that was on the shuttle bus with me. I give this place 5 stars because it's way cheaper and way more convenient than the airports parking situation. Oh, I forgot. They take cash as a form of payment even at 12:30 AM so shedding that extra emergency vacation cash is helpful.
