This was my first time flying out of Little Rock. I will always park here!! When I first parked there as soon as I got out of my truck the shuttle driver was there. He got out and loaded my luggage for me and took me straight to the airport. When I got back into town the shuttle driver (Luis) was waiting outside of the airport and he took me straight to my truck. Both drivers were so friendly. I made sure tip them both. Being a female traveling alone...these drivers made me feel comfortable and right at home. I had no time to be afraid of being in the parking lot alone because he stayed until I got in my truck. Always use this location for long term parking because they have a covered garage and it is safe and secure, unlike the open long term lot. Shuttle buses are quick to find you and upon return they are always waiting. Prices are a little higher but the peace of mind is worth it!

Before "the corona" I was a frequent user of EP. I I don't think I've ever had to wait more than a minute for one of the van drivers to pick me up. The drivers are courteous and helpful. They took care of me, and it was honestly a great service. The price was affordable, my car was how I left it, 2 buses come to the airport in rotation so you aren't waiting long. The same two buses drive around the lot and scoop you up pretty fast, they knew I would be there at that time and they communicate so everything ran smooth. Park in either the covered or uncovered parking areas, one of the shuttles will promptly pick you up at your car (usually within 1 minute of parking), and the drive to airport drop off is very short. Drivers are almost always waiting in the pick up area outside ready to transport incoming travelers back to their cars. I want to express my profound gratitude to the shuttle driver who took me to my car Monday 6/21 about 11:30 pm after a long day of travel. I have learned his name is Luis Riveros. When he dropped me off at my car he waited to make sure I was safe, but my car was dead. He was kind enough to quickly drop off the others and come back to jump my battery and get me on my way. He was able to tell me why the battery had run down and died, what to do about it and show me how to get my suitcase out of the backseat with the electric door opener not working since putting it in the trunk was not an option. I am especially grateful as my wheelchair assist to my flight home went poorly, we arrived one hour later than the expected 10:20 pm, and I was returning from my first post-pandemic visit to my elderly mother and family there. We appreciate Expressway Airport Parking. The service is so quick. They pick up immediately when you pull into the lot and are they waiting as soon as you pick up your luggage. We have used them several times. And every fifth day is free!

Good Value & Solid Service: car is safe, they pick you up at your car (and give you a card with row #), drop you off quickly (multiple shuttles running), and bring you back to your car...even if you get in at 11pm or later (stay til the last flight).

Expressway employees were very accommodating as we went through two flight cancellations after already checking our truck in. We had no problem getting our truck out and rescheduling. The shuttle ride is very short and comfortable and we had no wait for the shuttle upon arrival back home!

These guys are just amazing. The super kind driver waited to make sure our car started. Then he checked his van for anything forgotten and found my husband’s backpack! He called the front desk just as we were paying and leaving. Front desk was able to ask if we left a backpack. I said yes. Front desk relayed the message. The driver pulled up behind us, brought the backpack, and loaded it in our car. This saved us a 2 hour trip to retrieve the pack! These people are the best!

We arrived back home at midnight with more luggage than we started with. The driver who picked us up (a full van full of people) at midnight was enthusiastic and welcoming. He found our car even though I could not remember exactly where it was - couldn’t find the bar code or the reminder card. When we checked out the young man in the office was also amazingly cheerful and helpful at midnight. A nice experience. Thank you.

Very nice to have my vehicle parked in the covered section, the shuttle picked me up as soon as I parked and took me to the terminal in a timely manner. The driver was very nice and friendly for my initial pickup and when I returned. I will be using this service again!

I ALWAYS park at Expressway. It is the absolute fastest way to park and get to the airport on time. We are chronically late for flights and still park at Expressway because it's faster than parking in the airport deck/lot and walking a mile.
Sometimes I'll have my car detailed while I'm travelling. It's very cool to arrive home to a spotless vehicle.

Great service to and from the terminal. We have parked here a number of times and always very friendly and professional. They are always prompt in the garage and at baggage claim when we return. The only problem I have ever had was after a 9 day trip back in January 2025 when the parking attendant refused to give me the military discount the other attendants have always given me when paying. It was late at night and the guy probably did not want to mess with it. We have parked there since and everything was perfect. This is the only place we will ever park when air traveling.

Great experience parking but when making the reservation on line, the promo code was not accepted. Thought things would be cleared up when I checked out however, the cashier said she could not apply the discount.

Great service. quick shuttle pick up at your car and never in the years of parking there did I have to wait more than 5 minutes for the shuttle ride back to the parking deck. Also, very important to me is after parking there for years I never received any damage to my vehicles. They do everything right!

On arrival I scanned my earlier reservation , found a space and the shuttle was already waiting.
Upon return home the van was just pulling into terminal as I left the baggage claim. Driver loaded our checked bags and we were moving again. Temp well into 100s but the covered parking was a mere 91!
I don’t fly often, but always park here and inside. It’s just too easy catch the shuttle and ride to the car.

Excellent experience, and this is my go-to choice from now on for LIT parking. Super easy to make reservation on line and also to get to the facility. I used the covered parking, got the 5th day free, and also got 10% off with code PATRIOTS when reserving on line . The drivers were awesome and very prompt, handled my bags, dropped me off right at my airline entrance, and picked me up at designated covered pick-up area right in front of terminal. Very convenient and easy... and cheaper and more secure than airport parking. No waiting and waiting to be picked up. Thank you to everyone at Expressway Airport Parking for outstanding service! I highly recommend!

Makes taking a trip a lot easier. It’s easy and very convenient. When you enter someone is there waiting to take you to the airport and they help you with luggage. I feel like my car is safe there and I don’t have to worry about it. When your trip ends there is someone waiting yet again to take you to your car. The whole process is just easy and stress free.

Shuttle drivers are fantastic. They meet you at your car and assist with loading luggage. Upon returning to the airport, the bus was waiting outside baggage claim and dropped us off right at the car. Great experience. Reserve ahead for a discounted price. But you will still need to pay at the exit gate.

Drivers are very helpful getting to and from the airport. As it turns out our flight was cancelled. When leaving the parking lot the cashier wouldn't let us pay since it was only 30 minutes since we parked. I'll definitely use Expressway again, but not the airline than cancelled us!!

This place has bargain price parking and I saved even more by making a reservation and signing-up for their free "club" thing on their website. I compared my receipt to receipts from the airports economy parking and I saved $24 at this place. Plus I didn't have to walk 1/2 a mile to the terminal since this place picked me up before I got out of my car. I stayed on their lot and it was not trouble finding a spot. The lighting could be brighter overall but I did see lots of CCTV cameras. When I was dropped off at 12:30 AM after returning back from the airport, I saw the shuttle driver jump the battery of a customer that was on the shuttle bus with me. I give this place 5 stars because it's way cheaper and way more convenient than the airports parking situation. Oh, I forgot. They take cash as a form of payment even at 12:30 AM so shedding that extra emergency vacation cash is helpful.

Best airport parking! The price is right and the shuttle service is top notch. They even have newspapers and water for their riders on the bus. We had our windshield repaired while we parked there. So convenient.
