Super clean and easy to navigate. When I needed direction a very polite airport staff member named Timmy took his time to show me exactly where to go which I found very professional.

Absolutely love this small airport. Staff were incredibly friendly and everything was smooth. In my case lots of places to sit with plug points to charge your things (3 pin and usb). Water fountains to drink and for your bottles available. There were lots of really nice photos on the wall to look at. There is a slightly more quiet area which is nice to have some down time. Several different snacks and sandwiches available, and lots of liquids to choose from. The PA system isn’t loud so the announcements didn’t bother me at all.

Easy Airport to fly in and out of Aspen. Recommend flying direct to Houston, Dallas, or LAX and skipping Denver for quicker connections to destinations!

Compact airport ever seen in my life.

There are many colourful flowers in summer and a monument of gondola outside the airport.

You can take a taxi as soon as get out the airport from the departure door and it was very convenient. Including gratuities we paid $60 to snowmass but turned out there are FREE public bus.On our way back home, the flight was delayed by storm and it seems that it's very easy to be affected by the weather as it's surrounded by mountains.

Very busy on Saturday afternoon. Long TSA line for security. PreCheck wait was 5-10 minutes and 30 minutes for regular TSA.

Boarding lounges full.

People were helpful.

A super compact airport, yet hosts a surprisingly large amount of room inside. Security has precheck and normal lines, and there is a small snack/food court.

Flights are unloaded and boarded outside, and expect to plane side check and carryon that won’t fit under your seat.

It is an itty bitty airport, smaller than Charles M. Schulz Sonoma County. All the rental car companies appear to have a good selection of cars (e.g. BMWs, Teslas, Jeeps, etc.). There were no issues with the staff or process. My flight was delayed but nearly all my flights had been delayed for the past week and the airport cannot be faulted for it. The crew tried to limit the delay as much as possible.

Small airport but really easy to navigate. A few rental car options and one baggage claim.

Small airport that serves Aspen and Snowmass. There's only a few gates, so it's easy to navigate. It does have a convenience store and carry out restaurant. It has great views of flight ops and the mountains.

I love this airport. It’s one of the best to fly out of because it’s so small. The parking lot is right next to the terminals. There is almost never a wait to get through security. The planes are smaller and regional so they create less noise pollution. The views when walking on to the plane and flying out of the airport are spectacular. You can also very easily coordinate a driver to pick you up from the airport. Baggage claims are easy to navigate. Very well organized location. That said, be sure to check your flight status in inclement weather, as many flights are either cancelled, rerouted, or delayed during periods of heavy snowfall. This is a very difficult airport for planes to fly in and out of.
