Elite Parking

For our part everything is fine! We have used Elite Parking about 5/6 times now and NEVER have we had any problems. They have been quite punctual both in the delivery and in the collection and the car was in good condition when they returned it. Also, if we have been late or have to deliver it early, they have adapted to our needs.



We have also recommended it to our friends on occasion and they have all told us that they have been satisfied.

Un servicio muy bueno, nos recogieron el coche en la misma puerta de la salida del avión y luego lo entregaron con puntualidad en la misma puerta. Sin incidencias, el coche en buen estado y todo muy bien.

Servicio excelente. Cuando llegué a la terminal a dejar el coche ya estaba allí una trabajadora para recogerlo. A la vuelta llamé al aterrizar y cuando salimos también había una trabajadora con el coche preparado. Todo perfecto.

Como mejora y para dar seguridad a los clientes, yo haría unas fotos generales al estado del vehículo y a los kilómetros para apuntarlos en el recibo que se firma a la entrega del vehículo.

Totalmente recomendable.

Servicio perfecto y muy económico. Puntuales a más no poder tanto a la entrega como a la recogida del coche. Incluso como se retrasó un poco nuestro vuelo ya me estaban llamando. Sin duda muy recomendable

We arrived at the very door of the airport and there was a person waiting for us. The return more of the same. Truly impeccable service at a truly exceptional price! 5 days for €37.00... who gives more????

Everything was correct, when I arrived in Madrid it took between 5-10 minutes to pick up the car and on the way back they delivered it to me in about 5-10 minutes, the perfect car and the very nice girl both at the drop-off and at the pick-up, I don't know where the cars were parked but mine was as good as I left it (a little dirtier as is obvious) 100% recommended

The truth is that the service was very good, we arrived and they were waiting to pick up the car and when we returned from the trip they were waiting to deliver it to us. The only worst thing is that the car was very dirty on the outside, according to the girl it had rained mud...

La chica que me atendio muy respetuosa y atenta. La recogida fue a tiempo y a la vuelta de mi viaje ya me estaban esperando en salidas.

Perfect delivery and collection service. Punctual and very friendly, they give you the necessary instructions on where to go. Also very good price, when you pick up the car they even give it to you washed on the outside. I would repeat without a doubt.

Buen servicio muy puntuales y amables. , En la vuelta tuvimos un poco de lío al salir del aeropuerto pues nos recogían en otro sitio, pero después nos encontramos con la sorpresa de q el coche estaba lavado sin ningún coste adicional

I can't say more than for myself EXCELLENT! I decided to hire this service despite certain negative comments that I read, and I can say for my part that the management has been phenomenal both from the beginning and from the end. Upon arrival my flight was delayed an hour and while on the flight they called me since I did not think that I had to notify them in these cases. When the plane landed, I called them, and when I got involved with leaving the airport, the person who took the car waited for me despite the number of vehicles they had for delivery. Thank you very much for everything, and for the logistics. I will certainly trust you again, as well as recommended.

Terrific service. They pick up your car at the terminal and return it to you when you return. Friendly, effective, well priced, very good communication at all times. Everything as planned. From 10!!

Impeccable service. We will pick up your car in front of the airport and bring it back to you on your return. Very practical when you know the complexity of Madrid airport. Very friendly staff and impeccable car. Not to mention the very attractive price.

Primera vez que uso este servicio y he de decir que les doy un 10. Por la paciencia y amabilidad. Les llamas y te recogen o llevan el coche con puntualidad. Pagas si quieres en la recogida. He de decir que llegué a la T2 y agradecer a la chica que trajo el coche que nos indicara hasta cómo salir, porque ese día era caótico la gestión del aeropuerto ( entre QR, pasaporte covid, formularios de entrada al país...). Volveré a confiar en ellos y lo recomiendo al 100℅. Gracias
