This is a budget hotel, so you get what you pay for. If you are looking for a quick overnight stay, this is the place for you. On the down side, it a little sketchy....... and it appears as though they have permanent residents. Overall, it's good for an overnight.

Front desk service was great!!! Guy even told me to download their app to see if it has a better price then what he can offer! Only issue was no towel changes, cleaning or anything for the 5 days I was there. But when I went to get clean towels there were no issues getting some.

It was decent service , but the room was dirty . In simple ways that could be done quickly without paying extra . But , I was looking for the cheapest room . So I'd say 4out of 5for what it was

This is a very clean hotel and the owners were very friendly. I only gave 4 stars because it said coffee was available….. it wasn’t and not even an apology from the hotel. COVID is over, no excuse not to have coffee and at least muffins. I chose this hotel because it did have an airport shuttle and I arrived late. Not sure I would come back because of the information not updated on the internet.

I found this place looking for a shuttle to the airport and to park my vehicle while out of town. I found this hotel on group pons. The first time using this it was awesome and way cheaper than the airport prices to park your car. The shuttle ride to and from the airport was very quick. I will be using this service again if I'm flying out from Norfolk airport
