Pre-booked a spot. Signs at the lot are clear to direct you to the lane you should park in. Before I had even exited the car the shuttle came around to pick me up and help me load my bags. The driver was very friendly. Upon arrival we text them and they arrived quickly. They stayed to make sure our car started. Will use again in the future.

Had two flights canceled. Was 6-7 hours past est. check-out. Additional time added $20 to the bill. They waived it entirely, so I only paid my original reservation price! Great customer service from all their staff members. The FREE car wash on the way out(drive-in touchless laserwash!)was really professional and upscale service.

I had a great experience as a first time parker. I reserved my space online the same time that I bought my plane tickets. QR code scanned just fine at the gate. The rows are labeled whether they are full or have spots available so you don't waste your time circling. Hopped on a shuttle within just a couple minutes of parking. When my flight landed, I sent a text and got an immediate response with an ETA and instructions on where to wait for the shuttle. Shuttle arrived right on schedule. Got curbside dropoff service at my vehicle despite the fact that I didn't know my spot number. Car wash was operational and removed all of the snow buildup on my car. QR code let me right back out. I'm happy with my decision to park here.

I recently came home to a frozen solid truck that wouldn't start and driver Mario was a saint. He went the extra mile to try with both the charger box and cables on the big rig even though it took well over 40 minutes. He let me get warm in the heated rig since it was zero degrees out and I'd just flown in from Costa Rica. These guys are the best! I've also had another drive help me change a flat tire in a storm when I arrived! It gives me peace of mind to have my car parked there knowing I will have help when I arrive if something doesn't go to plan!

By far the best option for parking at ANC. Cheaper (not huge, but less) than long term parking and with the shuttle, actually much less walking. More secure as well. I don't usually take the time to give good reviews but I love this service.

Excellent place to park when you are traveling out the State of Alaska. The people are very courteous and want to meet all your needs. The price for parking is reasonable and they do give discounts. There is also a free wash when you pick up your vehicle.

Recently went to the airport only to find on arrival that there was not a single spot available in long term parking. I wasted so much time driving all the aisles and was worried I was going to miss my flight. I drove down to Diamond and as soon as I parked my car the shuttle driver pulled up behind me and took me straight to the airport! I managed to get to my gate a scant 3 minutes before boarding, just in time. I was very glad they were able to get me to the airport so quickly. When I arrived back I texted the number and the shuttle was there within a minute or two, must have already been on the way. They have a free touchless laserwash carwash you can use on the way out too which was a nice perk.
