This once was a respectable hotel for travelers but the front desk customer service workers are the rudest people I have ever dealt with especially the young Indian with the glasses. I have booked over several stays here in the past and I will never book here again. Cockroaches, mildew smells in the rooms. Rooms are no longer cleaned like they once kept them. This Days Inn has fallen off the map. I will take my stays elsewhere from now on and will never refer anyone to stay at this dump.
They worked well with what was a concern for most they never feared my dog.
I wish I could show yall the picture of the roach in the refrigerator. I read the reviews about the place before I booked. There was one good one. However I dont agree. The outside looks run down, there were piles of trash by the dumpster. The rooms looked up to date. I was going to give them 3 stars till I woke up and saw the roach in the fridge and one in the bathroom. I am never booking at the one. Ewwwww
The owners and staff are absolutely the rudest people I have encountered in a very long time. Especially one of the female staff. She did not like me. I was sick due to health reason, just got in from Texas. I admit I over slept passed the check out time but instead of letting me extend the room for another night she wanted me to check out (it's noon) and then come back at 3pm to check back in when I have no car, no where can go and barely can function. Then when I ran out of $ n needed to get back to the airport they tell me they have no shuttle service when it stats they do on their website and the airport's website. Had to call a cab. The only nice employees were the cleaning staff. Never again.
Decent budget place to stay as an emergency backup after missing a flight or cancellation.
Room was renovated...but pillows were a tad small...when room was refreshed towels weren't replaced...ice machine was non existent...had a phone in the room that didn't work at all! But if you're looking for a cheap & ok get-a-way...this is the spot!!
Too bad there’s not a 0 rating. If you like planes taking off over your filthy room, this is the place for you! No extra cleaning or actually no cleaning at all. No problem then here’s your spot. Floors not mopped in years floats your boat then you’re in luck!! Never. Ever. Again. And I travel this route several times a year.
The room I order was advertised as a HOT TUB in suite. What I found out unfortunately was that it was a jet bath, in the room- which was a DISASTER. Not only did the tub leak EVERYWHERE, but the whole room smelt of mildew and mold. The room was FILTHY!! I found trash, bugs, and dust on all of the surfaces.
On top of all of this, the bed was uncomfortable and the chair to the desk was unstable and broken. I would NEVER suggest this room to anyone. Definitely not worth the amount I paid! If you’re looking for a place to stay, I suggest just using an AirBnB or ANY other hotel!
Honestly, I despise this hotel. It is the equivalent of a motel 6 in some rooms and other rooms closer to a Super 8 motel, but here is the problem... they want to charge you holiday inn style prices. Small outdated rooms. To make things worse there are no restaurants close by to walk to and eat at. Uber or Lyft for everything. The bed sheets were clean and no sign of bed bugs (yet!). Only reason they got 3 stars is because they have a airport shuttle and close to airport. I had to stay here as a last option. I wont be back unless all other hotels are booked and it's an emergency! The staff at the front desk were at least courteous and friendly. Thank you to them. Does that look like a $95+ room!
I was suppose to be moving into my apartment today, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I can’t move in until tomorrow. Found a deal online for $49 a night I was not expecting this hotel to be in such good condition. Everything was clean and neat. Room had a funny smell upon entrance but when we cut the air on and sprayed it went away. The customer service was great, we checked in, in under 5 minutes. I would stay here again.
Getting what you pay for in the "airport hotel" area around Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International, which this Days Inn is one of the cheaper options. They do offer a decent, clean room, a limited continental breakfast, and a free hourly shuttle to the airport. However, my room had at best, lukewarm water for the shower. And for a Days Inn, it was still quite expensive.
The front desk charged me 3 more times for my room! I paid for my room online n got charged 2 more times when I checked in. She corrected one of them. Today is 2 days after I checked out and the other charge is still on my credit card. The door to my room did not close properly until you put the deadbolt on. The room could use a paint job. The breakfast was adequate. The rooms open to the outside. I do not recommend this hotel to a female traveling alone. I will not stay there this coming week.
Good location. Only problem was the plane noise, but that stopped about 11pm. I got the free shuttle bus there. I could have got that back to the airport, but I chose to walk 10 minutes to the free SkyTrain which was good.
Nothing like the pictures. The pictures on google are photoshopped. This place could use a decent face lift and new management.
Rooms were a little older. But i didn't mind because the room was clean. So that was nice and we checked In after 8pm . area was quiet and room was clean so will definitely be back.
One of the WORST experiences we’ve had at a hotel. We called to advise we would be checking in late. The call was answered on speaker phone, 1 gentleman answered & when he couldn't confirm my reservation - another chimed in. (S/N - I was a manager at a hotel & a flight attendant - I have never experienced such a thing).
We arrived around 11:30p after a 10 hour drive. We were placed in a room that was visibly dirty - from the carpet to the chair to cigarette holes in the comforter. We went to the front desk to ask for another room - it was given. Walked to the room but the key didn’t work. Walked back to the FD, another key was given but that one didn’t work either. Finally, one of rudest people I’ve encountered, Devin - walked with us back to the room with a new key and that worked. I asked him what would be done for the inconvenience (he asked what I wanted and I responded with a discount on the room rate) to which he said he could not do & proceeded to walk away:( I walked back to the FD for the manager’s information. Woke up this dawning to shower & there was a spider in the tub. Went to iron my clothes - outlet near the iron board is inoperable. Went to grab my headset - it was dead - the lamp near the bed is also inoperable. Honestly, I wasn’t going to write a review, but rather speak to management. However, Devin cockily mentioned his reviews are A1 - I’m hear to say don’t believe the hype!
Great location, good customer Service. Good and comfortable rooms. Unfortunately I had to catch an early flight out of Atlanta Hartsfield Airport.
I just got here, but so far everything is great! The front desk staff is very friendly and worked quickly to ensure I was in my room in a timely manner. Yes there are airplanes flying over head and it is not the Ramada or Holiday Inn, but that does not matter. They treated me with respect and the rooms were very clean. The bed is so soft and the blankets are clean as well. I think that is something to be grateful for. And the heat works very well on a cold night! May God bless this Hotel, and I just seen they have a church as well. That is a pretty cool, not many do so four stars for that. I gave four only because I had to wait for the shuttle for over an hour. If they fixed that issue I would give them 5 stars even with the planes..after all it is an airport hotel.
I jus checked out....I stayed for two days and my experience was great....I will be going back very soon....everybody was sweet and nice....customer service was amazing...they made sure I was well taken care of. Not one problem at all..Thank yu
Need more parking spots for guests! Overall, clean but I think the room could appreciate a makeover. The family/staff was friendly.
Service is minimal at best, certainly not friendly. Hotel sits right under the approach end of the runway so be prepared for jumbo-jets to blast over-head every few minutes. Room reeked of smoke and left much to be desired in terms of quality and up-keep. It wasn't necessarily dirty, but I would say it was dingy. Didn't feel particularly safe, either. Nothing specifically negative happened during my stay, but it was not pleasant or comfortable.

my apartment complex booked us rooms here because of an emergency power outage. the rooms are old, and smell old, but the room was CLEAN, with NO BUGS AT ALL!! and in an emergency that's good enough. the staff was nice, the area was quiet. i personally would not book a room here, but i wouldn't discourage others from staying here either.
You know that you are opting for a budget stay and that's fine. The front desk wasn't particularly congenital, but the staff on the grounds were surprisingly pleasant. We paid 70plus for the night before our flight, that is what surprised me, it was the same price as my previous stay at LaQuinta, and there is a notable and distinct difference between the two. At $45 it would have been perfect, at 55, excellent... At 70plus, it gives me pause.
Place to stay ok. At night people knock on your doors to check if they are in the right room. Staff very nice & co-operative. The management should make this place more secure, though have not heard about any incidence happening here, but need to be alert. No public transport totally dependent on hotel shuttle service.
If you are driving, then there is lot of parking available.
My stay wasn’t bad until I seen a bed bug. I took a picture of it told the office they sent some lady to look and she goes oh well we don’t see anything. So i go to the office show them the picture of it and they tell us it coulda came from anywhere n all they can do is switch our room. So I checked out !!! You tell them about a problem and they act so nonchalant. It’s sad.
This review is for the parking on the premises and shuttle drop-off and pickup. Parking was full when we arrived so we had to park in front of a room instead of the designated area. That didn't appear to be an issue nor was getting to the airport. The issue was the shuttle pick-up. They provide a number to call and it instructs you to what zone to go to for pickup. After 2 more calls and an hour later, the shuttle finally comes to pick us up along with another passenger who had to call a couple times as well. No apology for the long wait, we just kept being told he was on his way which obviously he wasn't. Would never recommend parking and getting a shuttle from here. Worst experience and there are so many other places to park- I learned the hard way to stay clear on this one.
God bless Patel! She is the kindest front desk person I've ever talked to. She took wonderful care of my family as if we were her own.
