Rooms were a little older. But i didn't mind because the room was clean. So that was nice and we checked In after 8pm . area was quiet and room was clean so will definitely be back.
One of the WORST experiences we’ve had at a hotel. We called to advise we would be checking in late. The call was answered on speaker phone, 1 gentleman answered & when he couldn't confirm my reservation - another chimed in. (S/N - I was a manager at a hotel & a flight attendant - I have never experienced such a thing).
We arrived around 11:30p after a 10 hour drive. We were placed in a room that was visibly dirty - from the carpet to the chair to cigarette holes in the comforter. We went to the front desk to ask for another room - it was given. Walked to the room but the key didn’t work. Walked back to the FD, another key was given but that one didn’t work either. Finally, one of rudest people I’ve encountered, Devin - walked with us back to the room with a new key and that worked. I asked him what would be done for the inconvenience (he asked what I wanted and I responded with a discount on the room rate) to which he said he could not do & proceeded to walk away:( I walked back to the FD for the manager’s information. Woke up this dawning to shower & there was a spider in the tub. Went to iron my clothes - outlet near the iron board is inoperable. Went to grab my headset - it was dead - the lamp near the bed is also inoperable. Honestly, I wasn’t going to write a review, but rather speak to management. However, Devin cockily mentioned his reviews are A1 - I’m hear to say don’t believe the hype!
I just got here, but so far everything is great! The front desk staff is very friendly and worked quickly to ensure I was in my room in a timely manner. Yes there are airplanes flying over head and it is not the Ramada or Holiday Inn, but that does not matter. They treated me with respect and the rooms were very clean. The bed is so soft and the blankets are clean as well. I think that is something to be grateful for. And the heat works very well on a cold night! May God bless this Hotel, and I just seen they have a church as well. That is a pretty cool, not many do so four stars for that. I gave four only because I had to wait for the shuttle for over an hour. If they fixed that issue I would give them 5 stars even with the planes..after all it is an airport hotel.
I jus checked out....I stayed for two days and my experience was great....I will be going back very soon....everybody was sweet and nice....customer service was amazing...they made sure I was well taken care of. Not one problem at all..Thank yu
Need more parking spots for guests! Overall, clean but I think the room could appreciate a makeover. The family/staff was friendly.
Service is minimal at best, certainly not friendly. Hotel sits right under the approach end of the runway so be prepared for jumbo-jets to blast over-head every few minutes. Room reeked of smoke and left much to be desired in terms of quality and up-keep. It wasn't necessarily dirty, but I would say it was dingy. Didn't feel particularly safe, either. Nothing specifically negative happened during my stay, but it was not pleasant or comfortable.
I was suppose to be moving into my apartment today, but do to unforeseen circumstances, I can’t move in until tomorrow. Found a deal online for $49 a night I was not expecting this hotel to be in such good condition. Everything was clean and neat. Room had a funny smell upon entrance but when we cut the air on and sprayed it went away. The customer service was great, we checked in, in under 5 minutes. I would stay here again.
my apartment complex booked us rooms here because of an emergency power outage. the rooms are old, and smell old, but the room was CLEAN, with NO BUGS AT ALL!! and in an emergency that's good enough. the staff was nice, the area was quiet. i personally would not book a room here, but i wouldn't discourage others from staying here either.
You know that you are opting for a budget stay and that's fine. The front desk wasn't particularly congenital, but the staff on the grounds were surprisingly pleasant. We paid 70plus for the night before our flight, that is what surprised me, it was the same price as my previous stay at LaQuinta, and there is a notable and distinct difference between the two. At $45 it would have been perfect, at 55, excellent... At 70plus, it gives me pause.
Place to stay ok. At night people knock on your doors to check if they are in the right room. Staff very nice & co-operative. The management should make this place more secure, though have not heard about any incidence happening here, but need to be alert. No public transport totally dependent on hotel shuttle service.
If you are driving, then there is lot of parking available.
My stay wasn’t bad until I seen a bed bug. I took a picture of it told the office they sent some lady to look and she goes oh well we don’t see anything. So i go to the office show them the picture of it and they tell us it coulda came from anywhere n all they can do is switch our room. So I checked out !!! You tell them about a problem and they act so nonchalant. It’s sad.
This review is for the parking on the premises and shuttle drop-off and pickup. Parking was full when we arrived so we had to park in front of a room instead of the designated area. That didn't appear to be an issue nor was getting to the airport. The issue was the shuttle pick-up. They provide a number to call and it instructs you to what zone to go to for pickup. After 2 more calls and an hour later, the shuttle finally comes to pick us up along with another passenger who had to call a couple times as well. No apology for the long wait, we just kept being told he was on his way which obviously he wasn't. Would never recommend parking and getting a shuttle from here. Worst experience and there are so many other places to park- I learned the hard way to stay clear on this one.
God bless Patel! She is the kindest front desk person I've ever talked to. She took wonderful care of my family as if we were her own.
