For an unexpected holiday stop this was a great hotel. From Cancun to here due to a flight mix up, in a crunch this was a perfect extended vacation stay. Call the hotel for a courtesy shuttle pick up, Breakfast on both mornings were great. The customer service was excellent from staff in the morning and afternoon.

Check in was fast my room is clean and fresh what more can you ask for, oh and the jacuzzi is an added bonus it’s hard to find a hotel with a jacuzzi in the room trust me I’ve looked but they have jacuzzi rooms here and it’s great. Indoor swimming and the staff is friendly and helpful this hotel has it all and prices are Awesome I will be coming back no doubt about it.

This hotel is not bad at all. The room they gave me was dated. The ac unit was broken up but still worked very well. Popcorn ceiling tells you how dated it is but overall, i would probably stay there again. There's a Walmart, Ross , Aspen Creek restaurant very close. The hotel has a pool and a tiny gym. They even have breakfast for you in the morning that's free. I messed up when reserving this hotel only because i didn't know there were 2 airports that are 30 minutes from each other. I didn't know this because i fly southwest and southwest only flies into dallas love field. When i got there there was a lot of confusion and that's when i found out about the other airport that my hotel reservation was 5 minutes away from. Overall, i had a wonderful time and will be going back in the near future

Due to a car accident we arrived to the hotel at 3 am and was unable to actually enjoy or lookover the entire facility. They do offer shuttle service to DFW airport which was another reason to stay here. So we were able to leave the vehicle there for a few days till we returned. Shuttle service does stop at 1130 pm. They do offer a few breakfast items. Not sure whay all they had as I just grabbed a coffee to hop onto the shuttle after 3 hours sleep. It is a clean facility. Friendly staff.

Stayed here for 3 nights, it’s pretty nice for the price. Very affordable. They have an indoor pool and a guest laundry room. The rooms aren’t huge but they’re pretty well decorated and cleaned. No complaints at all, I enjoyed my stay.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and stayed for over 2 weeks because of their hospitality and kindness. The staff members are kind and very understanding. I would like to shout out few special ones that highlighted my stay and made me feel at home: Emily at the front Desk was an angel and was very kind and very helpful and hospitable. Jimmy was kind and very courteous. Javier was kind and had a great sense of humor. I would like to thank every staff member, every house keeping lady who was kind and very helpful. Though I do not remember the names, I remember the faces and will definitely recommend everyone to stay at this hotel. The atmosphere is very friendly and the staff is amazing.
I recommend this place and will definitely book again when I am back. Thank you for an amazing time 🤗

This hotel is very close to the DFW Airport and they provide free airport shuttle which is great! The hotel is clean and beautiful and the rooms were very comfortable and clean, it was also quite large. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The only downside is that they don’t provide complimentary water bottles even when you check-in. Other than that the hotel is a great place to stay if you have a transit at DFW and want to spend some time outside.

Came to texas for a short and nice getaway trip with the family and stayed at the Country Inn & Suite. Very nice and very clean definitely do recommend it to everyone, I would come back again and stay here. The breakfast in the morning was very good and a big Thank You to ladies who were constantly cleaning and making sure that the breakfast was still warm.

Due to inclement weather we were offered a choice of hotels to stay in by American Airlines. After checking reviews of the available hotels we chose Country Inn and suites. It was the right choice. The late night staff was efficient at checking in the large amount of people that showed up all at once. The room wasn’t glamorous but it was more than acceptable for the circumstance. The AC is incredible and there is a 24h 7/11 within walking distance. After having several delays and canceled flights, this was our oasis for about ten hours.

Decent stay for the value. Free Breakfast although the hours are pretty restrictive so be up early as it ends early. It was an omelette one day scrambled the next . Toast one day with sausage links and bacon. The next day had sausage patties with the scrambled eggs. The only thing I noticed is the people that stay here were a little on the seedy side which I tended to stick out as being "normal." Real good value and decent location . Hours for the airport shuttle are also limited.

This hotel was okay. The staff was polite and helpful, although, the guests were using marijuana so much that my whole room smelled horrible the whole week I was there. The quests in the room next to me were smoking cigarettes and in and out all night. I know the hotel has no control over the guests that use their hotel. The room had a sticky floor and my bedding was stained. I would stay here again if I had to as a last resort but definitely not my first choice when my company asks me where I would like to stay.

Emily was an EXCELLENT host and front desk Rep. She is very straight forward and direct and still allowed me and my son to stay till 1:00. She even asked after check out if we needed a shuttle to the airport which we didn’t take but I’m glad I could stay there with someone honest who doesn’t like to pretend. Keep up the great work!

We arrived from Los Angeles, CA at Country Inn Suites at 11pm. The night crew were exceptionally polite and helpful. They go the extra mile here in Texas in customer service. Room suite was clean with 2 televisions. This type of suite in Los Angeles go no less than $170. Thank you Mr. LÓPEZ a young Latino male from the night crew.

Fantastic but short stay! Had a 11 hour layover at DFW and called late to see if they had a room, they did and we're super nice! They have an airport shuttle that took us to the airport at 6am! Breakfast smelled great even though we didn't have time to eat! Room was clean and the bed was comfy!

My experience was different from some other people. My stay was quite pleasant. My room was clean and the young lady that worked the front desk was extremely friendly and pleasant. She worked the early morning shift on the Saturday I arrived. I didn't get her name,but I called back and I think they said her name was Erica. She was Awesome. I'm not sure how great the other staff is but I have a inkling they arent as great as she is. Let's just say when I was leaving real early in the morning the young man that supposed to minding the front desk was doing some else he shouldn't have been doing 😒🤐 The only issue i had with my room is one of the shades was torn but...it couldve been worse. Not a big deal to me. another Great thing is there's a shuttle bus to and from the airport and the Complimentary breakfast was Great. I definitely would stay again.

Jasmine at the Front Desk, could not have been more accommodating and an example of amazing Customer Relations. Our family member was sent to the Hotel by American Airlines in the middle of a rainy night, due to DFW Airport groundstops, cancellations, and Covid related emergencies at DFW. Jasmine made sure to attend to our family, because she did not speak a word of English, At the end of her comfortable stay at the Hotel, she made sure she got back on that hotel shuttle and to the correct Terminal Building for her international flight. And thereafter, PH0NED US to make sure she was fine and our her way back to DFW on the shuttle. JASMINE went out of her way; and we could not be more appreciative for the “extra mile” she took in taking care of her hotel guest. Thank you County Inn & Suites!!

Great service and man that swimming pool is definitely a sight for sore eyes during the winter. Definitely a place to go escape 2020s. And they even provide a rotating breakfast for extended guests to get a well rounded meal at least once a day. They could easily converted one of the rooms into a deli or coffee shop. Just an idea if remarketing were to take place. All in all I enjoyed my, home away from home, time. Highly recommended. Heck they even have an onsite driver that picks up groceries and gets you where you want to go.

Quick accommodations for a canceled flight in Dallas. These guys had everything ready for everyone checking in after flights were delayed due to Hurricane Ida this past week. The only issue I had was getting the shuttle to pick us up, call as soon as you land, it took them 30 minutes to get us.

The room was clean and comfortable. However, it was on the first floor right near an exit door that was frequently used throughout the night and early morning. The door slammed shut every time someone used it which kept me up much of the night. I'd stay again but on an upper floor.

The room and property were clean. The indoor pool was great. Staff members were friendly. The breakfast was good, and the common areas like pool and breakfast were not over crowded. The best part is check-in at 3 and out at noon since most hotels want you out at 10 or 11 and don't have rooms ready for check in before 4. This helped us maximize our mini vaca.

While there, I stayed in 3 different rooms. All 3 were different floorplans. All 3 were clean. All 3 beds were comfortable. Checking in and out was efficient and quick. Breakfast was good. They have more than just waffles. I was very pleased with my overall experience.

Clean, comfortable room with a door to shut off the bedroom. The bed felt like heaven. Great pillows. All staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. The breakfast was the only con... I know this virus has weird stuff happening, and the little bags of breakfast food would have been fine, except they had little boxes of cereal yet no milk was offered. At all. Everything else was superb!
