Check in was fast my room is clean and fresh what more can you ask for, oh and the jacuzzi is an added bonus it’s hard to find a hotel with a jacuzzi in the room trust me I’ve looked but they have jacuzzi rooms here and it’s great. Indoor swimming and the staff is friendly and helpful this hotel has it all and prices are Awesome I will be coming back no doubt about it.

I just feel like if you have a room with two beds you should be able to have 4 pillows.

I was wrong. At this hotel if you have a pullout you don’t get more than 3 pillows. Total. Even if you’re a couple with two children.

Please inform your front desk of this policy. I wouldn’t have written a review if it was as simple as requesting an additional pillow from the front desk.

Dirty pillows and towels, broken coffeemaker and unhelpful staff. They would not get me a working coffeemaker or clean pillows from another room. Try said they could not leave the desk and I volunteered to do it mesekf but they said they could not give me a key to another room. I asked them to call the manager to ask for a permission and they would not call and they hung up on me.

Decent hotel. Staff didn't really help me setup a cab to the airport, he just told me I had to do it myself though.

OK for one night although the room smelled super musty. The shuttle was only running until 830 am. I understand reduced hours now but I called the day before to ask and was not told the limited hours so I had to Uber to airport. I would have stayed somewhere else had they told me when I called specifically to inquire about the shuttle. I also never got a receipt emailed to me after my stay so just have to assume my charges were correct?

American put us up in this hotel after a delay caused our connecting flight to be missed, the place was clean and comfy.

Clean, comfortable room with a door to shut off the bedroom. The bed felt like heaven. Great pillows. All staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. The breakfast was the only con... I know this virus has weird stuff happening, and the little bags of breakfast food would have been fine, except they had little boxes of cereal yet no milk was offered. At all. Everything else was superb!

It took 45 minutes to check in because the computers we're struggling to recognize people who have reservations and they were having to manually re enter reservations. Then I found out that the elevators didn't work and I had to carry all my stuff up to the fourth floor. Then I found out when I got the room that it Central Heating and Cooling and you don't get a thermostat they decide what your room temperature will be. Even with someone else paying for this place I'm half tempted to leave even now. At least the sheets are clean I guess. Great view of a brick wall!

This hotel leaves a lot to be desired. The room was somewhat less then clean. There apparently was an unresolved leak from the unit above us as there looked to be water pooling under the ceiling paint. The tub was sticky, and the room had a funny smell.

But the worst part was we were supposed to get a corporate rate and because we were self pay they jumped the rate up $11. Now I understand that's not a lot, but it is not what was promised.

We will not be visiting this establishment again.

The front desk customer service between 12PM and 3PM is poor. I was extremely disappointed in that aspect. They were slow to attend us, and we had to wait an extra 1hr to check in because rooms weren’t available. Our first attendant said she didn’t know how to check people in and we still have 40min till 3PM. In addition, they had 3 workers at the front desk, and all 3 failed to recognized the growing line behind us or even acknowledge the other incoming guest. I will add this - when returning later to the hotel in the evening, it was indeed a night and day experience. The gentleman at the front desk was phenomenal and very competent of his job. I do not want this review to reflect a generalized perspective of all, but rather particular some. I was happy to find a good priced hotel, but I’ll definitely pay more for better service next time, or make sure to get the later staff.
