The shuttle drivers were very helpful both to and from the airport. Very fast and easy in and out to the airport and back. The cashier was very helpful as well. She told us that next time we should reserve directly so we don't have to pay the fee online.

8" of snow the night before with ice and wind. Had one shovel spread over the whole lot for customers to dig out! Then called and asked for help and said they'll be right there they drove by but must have looked like to much work or to cold out. Pay the extra and get a better lot!

Great experience. Booked online for an additional discount and then paid when we left the lot. Picked up pretty quickly and shuttled to the airport and then picked up very quickly after our flight. Lady at checkout was delightful. Best price we could find and car was in good shape when we returned.
