Boxx'in

I have been using BOXXIN. Since 2015 - almost exclusively . Really convenient with great Staff and reliable navette etc. Never had any problems - except when I met the owner Cedric for the first time — after an early morning 1.5 hour drive in terrible traffic - and arriving in / desperate for the loo ! In fact we were 3 women . July 17th . Cedric why did you need to be SO rude ? Was that necessary ? Your «  welcome » Created a horrible atmosphere in thé navette ! You are lucky you have such nice employees ( at least you have that managerial skill) … but honestly - had I met you earlier I would not still be using BOXXIN . And - it has to be said - a clean, functioning and accessible toilet speaks volumes about the man ! In this day and age these things are important …. Gréât location, great staff - shame about the owner !

Genuinly fantastic above and beyond service from Boxx'in. Our outgoing flight was at 3am when they are not open (read the small print as I didn't and missed this) however they advised a solution which worked for us and were very faire and helpful. On our return flight which was delayed and we were at risk of arriving after they closed for the night, I told them about the delay, they kept in touch virtually minute by minute by text, guided us through the airport (some doors were closed for the night) picked us up with a smile and an impeccable minibus, deposited our luggage in our car, and waited to see if all was ok before driving off. They also texted us in English and French just in case ! I personally can't fault them, overall a very good experience.
