Used them for the first time and I love the process they have. Very simple and quick. Drive in, park the car in front of their drop off office. Drop the keys, they give the receipt that tells you what to do when you get back. Hand keys over, board the bus (journey to airport takes about 10mins). Then once you have landed you text them a code they give you on that receipt then follow. Then instructions on the receipt to the bus stop, bus picks you up, go to key collection, walk to car in front of their office and drive off. Love it and would recommend it.

Good check in service when you arrive. Was unsure about being told to just leave the car with the keys on the front seat as this could mean someone could have access to the car and some car have auto locking systems which mean if door was closed, car could lock with keys in it. Bus was regular to the terminal and driver greeted you at the door and helped with luggage, which was a nice touch and different to many other parking companies. When you are back in the airport after your trip, you just send a text message to the number provided to you and the car is ready for you to pick up when you get off the transfer bus. Really simple and time saving. Overall happy with this car park and will use again in the future.

Excellent service, and easy to use. We found Google Maps directions were correct, and it was easy to find. Smiley staff on the desk. You're given a ticket receipt that tells you the number to contact when you land at the airport on your return. They also take your return flight number, so that if your flight was delayed they'll be able to see that. The toilets on the site were clean and fresh. The shuttle bus to the airport goes every 10 minutes and takes around 10 minutes. We've used APH twice now and found them excellent.

My only concern was that where you wait at Gatwick in the designated bus stop , which is for multiple off airport parking providers , that there isn't an obvious queueing system and that your bus might fill up and leave without you , didn't happen but I would of liked to have seen something to stop that potentially happening .

What nice people at APH. They were very professional and it literally takes minutes from dropping off the keys to joining the APH bus to the airport.
I booked my car with APH through a flight I purchased which was departing from Gatwick Airport and I was very impressed.
The directions given were so easy to follow. Once you arrive at the parking facility you just pop into the checking in office.
The office ladies will go through some security checks including your flight times and ID to make sure that it's you. They will provide you with a card which you must keep in a safe place as it has a mobile number and a code you will need to text APH when you land. This card is needed to get your car keys back. So please do not loose it! There are also details of where you can find the APH bus stop for the return bus journey back to the parking facility. Once you arrive at APH just hand back that card to reclaim your carkeys. They then give you a second card which has the location of your vehicle and the code for the exit gate.
You are then told to pop your keys on the front seat of your car as they will take it to a parking space for you. I was directed outside where I hopped onto the APH bus which after a few minutes travels a short distance to Gatwick Airport. The bus came with two passengers lovely jolly guys who helped with the suitcases. It was so early in the morning and really cold.. But they were smiling and happy to all the people waiting to board the bus. Made my day that did after my long drive.

Our flight was unexpectedly cancelled so we decided to go home the same evening when we left the car at the APH Parking. Of course we didn’t call them to tell that we are coming back to pick up the car as we were busy dealing with the airline about the flight cancellation. APH Parking have solved our situation effectively and got the car to us within 10 minutes since we came to the reception. The shuttle bus runs frequently, it is quick and easy to find.

This is a good, professional service. Roughly equivalent to similar, more expensive services such as Purple Parking. The only suggestion I would have is that the return shuttle should be more regular, or there should be separate shuttles for each terminal. By the time we got to the North terminal there was a huge queue, and only half of these people were able to get on.

So easy. Drive through the ANPR barrier, which feels like driving into the first part of an automated car wash. Into the holding area, which is separated into lanes in which to leave your car.
Unload your luggage and check in at the desk, leaving your keys with the check in staff.
A bus is waiting already on the other side of the check in area. The driver helps with loading luggage. They are sometimes matter of fact, maybe don't talk much (who does at 04:00?). We had a driver one time who made a joke or two with our young children, making the experience more enjoyable.
10 minutes bus ride, if that long, to the terminal. Driver unloads luggage with you and that's it. On your return, get the bus from the correct stop and go get your car back.

I was travelling with my two children and the driver helped with our bags when we boarded the bus and on return, the driver took the bags off for us. The staff in the office were lovely. I called to let them know that my text was not going through to let them know I was on my way to pick up my car and they assured me my car would be there and ready for collection. One of the easiest airport parking experience I've had. Booked using Tesco vouchers which made this very cost effective but was just over £100 for 2 weeks parking. The booking process was straightforward and I was given adequate instructions.
The location was easy to find, you park your car just outside their office, hand your car keys in, receive a ticket for your return and get on a bus to the airport which is a short walk from their stop. This all took about 20 minutes.
On landing text the number on the ticket, wait for a bus from their stop, get your keys from the office and hen you are directed to your car which is parked on the other side of the office from where you arrived in a clearly marked bay. Again all done in 20 minutes. Both drivers and receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful. Not sure what more they could do to make this easier. Well done and thank you.

Easy to find(don't mind some previous reviews that were saying otherwise) as there are plenty of signs on the road before getting into the actual parking area.
Staff sorted us in a few minutes and we hopped on the bus straight away for a 10 min transfer to the airport. The cars in the parking lot are not crowded, plenty of space on both sides of the car, when parked.
You will get a ticket with a code that you need to send them by text message when you return, and all the additional steps you need to take.
Price was the cheapest in the Gatwick area for my dates, so it was worth parking there.

There's toilets at the reception area and room to shelter if it's raining. The drivers are helpful and there are regular buses which means you aren't hanging around for long either. Recommended! 👍

I recently received a reminder from APH to cancel/confirm my flight.
I was prompted to go to their website, where I cancelled the parking and requested a refund. The refund arrived on my credit card within a couple of days.
I have always been impressed by APH, but never more so than now when they must be finding life very difficult. They are one of the best companies that I have dealt with - and I can be difficult to please!

Certainly was an ease to park here. I went by other reviews and was not disappointed. I booked parking for 8 days about a month ago through employee pricing site which costed me approximately 70£.
For dropping car you need to visit their site and leave keys in the car and approach the counter with your booking details. You will be handed a receipt which is required when you are picking up your car.
Free back and forth shuttle is provided every 10-15 minutes. I took one for the south terminal which took around 12 minutes.
On return, at south terminal follow signs to bus transfers after collecting baggage. Then take lift to ground floor and wait at no 7/8/9 bust stop ( you will see APH signage) at these bus stops. Wait for the shuttle and then at the location show your receipt and collect car keys.
I had provided my flight number during reservation and my car was ready to be collected at their front office parking lot. Else you can drop them a message beforehand on the number provided in the receipt.
Overall it was a good experience and I observed the miles on my car wasn’t moved much and I was anyways tracking my cars gps and seems it was placed in same location throughout the time.
One less star as the tone of the old lady at reception during collection was rude.

Five star service from start (extremely early!) to finish. From the clear signposts guiding you to the car park to the frequent buses transporting you to and from your terminal, I could not fault the standard of service. Highly recommended 👍👍👍

Have used this parking for many years with no complaints. Easy to book. Easy to find. Simple check in with clear instructions on how to get your car back when you return from holiday. Would recommend and definitely use again when departing from Gatwick north or south terminals. Oh yes .. only a short walk from drop off to the terminal. More walking inside to get to check in than from the bus to the terminal. And helpful bus drivers who assist getting those 25kg bags on and off the bus.

Really easy to find by following sat nav and sign posts. Easy check in. You leave the car keys with reception, then they move the car to a secure area. Toilets at reception. Frequent Buses available to drop you off at either North or South terminals. ( roughly 10 mins journey).Very friendly lady driving the bus who also helped us on with our cases.

Fantastic service. Well organised. Easy to drop off the car, leave the key and straight to a shuttle bus that was waiting outside. Staff very friendly and so helpful with luggage. Clean toilets and baby change which was a godsend after the flight. Text message service to let them know you have landed so the car is ready to go once you’ve collected your key! Will be using again for the pure ease and so reasonably priced!

This was my first experience of using APH Parking and will definitely use them again.
After you have booked, they email clear and precise instructions of how to get there and what to do when you arrive.
After you have checked your car in they give clear and precise instructions of what to do on your return.
The bus shuttle to and from Gatwick Airport is excellent and quick.
In my opinion well worth using.

Very good service. You enter the location and the reception is right next to your drop off point. You drop your keys and the bus is right there outside the reception. Around 15mins journey to the airport. Staff are helpful and friendly. A little far from airport compared to other car parks

I always believe a company should be rated on how they deal with an issue. I recently booked a hotel and parking with them and unfortunately. The booking didn’t make it to the hotel and when we arrived they where fully book. At the time I was really annoyed and it being a weekend had no one to speak to. I managed to get alternative accommodation. Their customer service was brilliant dealing with the issue the following day. Izzy the customer service agent was very helpful and dealt with my request in a quick and friendly manner, giving me the confidence to reuse APH in the future. Easy to book and great price. I paid less than £10 per day. Friendly staff, and very easy to use. In less than 5 minutes we arrive, drop the car and keys and receive a ticket. We didnt have to wait for more than 10 min for the charter, and it is a very short drive to the airport. Same for the return, didnt have to wait for the charter, short drive and super fast check out, in less than 5 minutes I was back in the car.

3rd time I have used this way of parking. Arrived and left for Airport within 5 mains. Wait time was zero. Flew back- got on coach. Wait time Zero. These company have got this down to a fine art. Friendly happy staff. Helpful and polite Bus Drivers. WELL DONE!

The staff were very friendly and helpful..but as described on the website, you arrive hand your keys in and board a bus for a shirt ride to the airport. Your car is parked for you and there were no worries of any horror stories you hear of drivers taking your car forking distance drives, it's best to have trackers on your car and my car was parked within the the set radius and when I landed, I texted the number and had a reply saying my car was ready, the bus arrived and before you know it you have your keys and are on your way. To add the fuel station ajjst next to the car parking service is excellent prices (1.36pl) which being so close to the airport was the best price around. I would highly recommend and use again.

Drop off car,drop of keys and in the bus in less than 3 minutes! Not far away from the airport ,maybe about 10,15 minutes.very friendly attitude on site and in bus,I would highly recommend,can't fault the service at all !

Going anywhere from Gatwick you should use APH for safe and easy parking. I have been for the past I cant remember how long, book on line simple, pull up into their parking area simple, book in and get on the bus to the airport simple. car is safe and looked after. When you get back just call with the code go to the return bus stop get on the bus and collect your keys from the office, they tell you the lane no.where your car is parked,simple..drive home safely.

Quick bus ride to South terminal which then goes onto the North terminal.
Queues were long for the return bus but the staff were cheerful and helpful even at 2am!
Quick to pick up keys and leave.

Good parking facility near Gatwick. It's around 15 minutes by free bus to reach airport. They drop you very close to the terminal, around 3 minutes walk. Parking prices are okay depending on when you book. I recommend this parking service.

First time using APH Gatwick and no complaints at all.
Easy to find, easy car drop off and EV charging options (at additional, but very reasonable, cost).
Collection was also very easy, just need to follow the instructions on the card provided at drop-off.
Very friendly and helpful drivers on both legs (departures and arrivals) and they seemed keen to help with luggage.
Will definitely use again as this was the best service of all of the off-airport parking I've used.
