We had our holidays planned for August and thanks to a discount offered by our mobile phone provider we decided to give it a try.

The parking lot is tidy, clean, secure and pretty much looks like new. The staff at the counter were swift and in about 3 minutes we were out (both upon check in and collection of our car). The bus drivers on both occasions were very friendly and helpful.

We'll be travelling again over the festive period and have already booked to leave our car with them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for parking when travelling through Gatwick Airport.

Used them last time we went on holiday, Absolutely Fantastic service. Lindsey served us she's a real credit to their team. Made us smile for our journey. Parking was easy, connection to airport was fast, belongings were safe. Not sure how kind they are if your flight is late though?

Fantastic service. The bus service was regular, the counter staff efficient. The only reason it's not got 5 stars is the distance it is from the airport. Other than that I'd use their services again.

This is my first time at using any airport parking. A no brained when it was £42 one way on the train or a few pounds more to park. On arrival you see how secure it is. I waited little time for the free bus. And got to the airport in plenty of time. On return again waited no time for the bus back to the car park. Staff were very friendly. After a long flight it was so nice to jump in the car and drive home. Great service. Good price. I will use APH every time I fly.

We are not frequent flyers at all from Gatwick. We weren’t sure where best to leave the car for just over a week.....we needn’t have worries as this was a great place to leave the car. We booked. We turned up. Instructions were just fine. Someone to meet us and give us detail of what to do on our return. 8 days later. Car there ready to go. Everyone has been so helpful. Not sure if other car parks are any different in the area but we will use APH again no hesitation at all!

I have used APH 3 or 4 times and never had any issues. Its a quick, easy to use service that allows you to drop your car off, hand in your keys, jump on the bus (that's regular) and be dropped right outside the terminal. Every driver has been so helpful with luggage which makes a big difference when travelling with 3 large suitcases, a pram, hand luggage and an under 2 year old. Would highly recommend APH.

Great price compared to other options. Great service, everyone very cheerful and helpful. Only thing was it would have nice slightly closer to airport, but would use again.

I've used this company several times already and always received great service. I like to see where I leave my car instead of leaving it to random people at the airport. It is the same as the official airport parking but just a bit further away, but the transfer to the airport is free and next to the office where you leave the car keys, the shuttles are constantly running (never had to wait for the bus more than 5-10min and you are at the airport within 15min, the return is the same thing). The car sleeps in their outdoors private parking. It has always been a great experience. I have also used companies that collect your car at the airport and they are not quicker than APH.

Haven't been to Gatwick for ages but had to use because of the Thomas Cook collapse, usually fly now from northern airports. I'll give APH a massive thumbs up as they are just as good as the Manchester base. Easy to get too, very welcoming & friendly. Excellent drop off & pick up cannot fault. I have used APH Gatwick three times and have found them so efficient, so this time i recommended them to my daughter and son in law , who also were

more than pleased because after being dropped off at the South Terminal

found they had left their camera on the coach. One phone call and 15 minutes later the driver and coach delivered the camera to them at the drop off point, panic over !! . Happy Holidays, thanks to the staff at APH, Excellent

We booked APH by mistake. (we normally use on airport 'Official' parking) Our good fortune! APH are slick professional and very helpful, especially the bus drivers. will definitely use for any future Gatwick flights.

I'm always worried about using these car parking companies. This has to be one of the most slick and well-run parking companies I have ever used. They are polite and courteous and their buses run Like clockwork. I'll be happy to use the service again thank you.

Pricey but similar prices than other car parks, sometimes it does cost me more the car park than flights tickets for a week period... however nice polite staff always, fast check in and out, you are abroad with the peace if mind your car is look after. I always use APH

We have been using APH for years.

The new site is easy to find and access.

You park up in an unloading bay, remove your luggage etc., go into reception and get your details for collecting your car after your trip and hop on the bus. The driver will assist with your luggage on and off.

If you've just missed the bus don't worry as another one will be parked up extremely quickly. They run like clock work.

Your dropped off right near the airport entrance. On your return you phone to say you've landed and once you get to APH your car is waiting for you.

The car park is well signposted.

The check in system is very efficient as is the collection procedure. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The bus drivers that we encountered were both cheerful and helpful too, helping with suitcases when needed.

Our car was very secure as advertised.

We had no problems of any kind and would highly recommend this car park.

The only thing I would mention is the walk to/from the bus stop at the airport to the terminal, but this is the same for all the buses not just APH. Just be aware if you have any walking problems.

Immaculate service. Fairly new relocation. No real waiting around. We had trouble finding the place on this our first visit. Not far to walk to the North terminal entrance from bus drop off. Pick up on return timely. Heating on on the bus. Driver helpful with the luggage. No problem getting the keys back. No complaints
