So far so good, welcomed by name at reception given easy contact details to hail return bus, now on transit bus within 10 minutes of arrival

Easy to find off the motorway, easy to drop off your car and even easy to pick your car up. Friendly staff onsite, but the bus driver coming back was a bit grumpy, I understand he needs the suitcases spread evenly and to not fall over but we're not bus drivers so why would we think about that after we get back from a holiday.

If you are thinking of using APH at Birmingham - Don't !

We all had to stand on the bus both ways.

Our vehicle was badly scratched by what looked like a large dog or fox.

As it was dark when we collected are vehicle, these defects were not noticed until the following morning.

APH accepted no liability whatsoever - just referred to their terms and conditions which basically stitch you up like a kipper - we should have thoroughly inspected the vehicle on collection !!!

Very disappointed - will never even consider off-site parking again.

Will pay the extra for a reputable company in future.

I'd used them before, satisfactorily. And the outbound trip was fine.

Arriving back, I sent the required text after going through Immigration, and received an acknowledgement at 5.21pm. Collected bags (5 minute wait) and straight through Customs to Bus stop A, arriving between 5.30pm and 5.35pm. When there was still no bus after half an hour, I telephoned at 6.03pm.

They said the bus had only left the airport at 5.40pm (not true) and had just arrived back at APH. It got back to pick us up after 6.20pm. Even if it *were* true that the bus had still been there until 5.40pm, 40 minutes is too long to keep people waiting: if the round trip takes 40 minutes, they need to use a second bus.

Will I use them again? I'll give them one more chance to see if they do any better next time.

Great service and helpful staff, even on a soaking wet morning at 04.30hrs. The shuttle drivers were helpful and friendly.

If I could give this company a zero I would. Returned to find a huge crack in my rear passenger door. Reported on the night before leaving. Over a month on now and still yet to receive any communication other than constant “we’ll be in touch soon” emails. Accused by the supposed manager of falsifying damage despite the photo he sent me clearly shows no damage. Taking to courts to reclaim damages. Avoid at all costs.

Great service and the buses are constant. I would definitely use APH again. The only minus point is the gate when you leave, its the SLOWEST gate I have ever seen in my life lol and thats the last thing you want when you have just had a long flight and just want to get home

Bus crashed into a post at the premises when we arrived and all I could see and hear once arriving was one of their employees papping the horn needless amounts of times as he drove someone else's vehicle away to get parked. Incredibly unprofessional. When we got back to my car after leaving it for a week my driving position was so far back I had to spend the majority of our late night journey home sorting it out. I am 6ft 1 by the way so I'm not a short person and he/she must've been some 10 inches taller than me or something. I don't quite understand why someone has to mess with a seat that much just to get it in a parking space. You get the vibe that they dont really care about other people's property at all.

Highly recommend easy to book on line staff all very friendly and coach drivers happy to help you with cases. Can't fault the service value for money. Use everytime.

Waited an hour for bus even after the text and reply then the driver just waited for loads of people 2am we just wanted to do after a day or travelling. when we suggested they send 2 buses he snapped it can hold 50 people.. There was not seats for that many and crammed and standing up along motorway not pleasant. When arriving we were told cars in bay d so set off to to find my car covered in mud as in from wheel spins no other car was covered and stunk of smoke we don't smoke so obviously they're drivers do told reception who sent for manager.. unhelpful driver off the bus nothing done but we made him aware won't be using again and wouldn't recommend

Easy to find. Easy drop off. Just park up, unload check in at reception and jump on the next bus for a 15-20 ride to the airport. When you arrive home send them a text with your ref number they supply you and your car will be waiting when you return. Will def use again.
