Clean and quiet airport. My kind of airport that's relaxing for me.

I’ve been to this airport multiple times. I’m glad Jacksonville has a small airport, it makes it easier to travel instead of having people drive to Wilmington or Raleigh to catch a flight. The service is nice and the staff is too. Although the stores are always closed every time I come by.

Best airport in North Carolina. They treat you better than gold, very very friendly staff and quick security. There's a vendor called Crystal Coast and the lady makes breakfast sandwiches, and by midday if they don't sell she hands them out.

Felt super comfortable here!

I had a wonderful experience with Ellis Airport, everything I needed they provided, they were efficient and timely, polite. they made sure that I was comfortable, I was traveling disabled and I was taken care of all the way through the airport, and to my plane ,they even upgraded my seat to the front of the plane because of my leg, it does not bend and they actually took that into consideration ,thank you so much Albert Ellis airport and all of your employees , looking forward to flying through your airport again.p.S... the airport was spotless.

Small airport, only 3 terminals, but it's pretty nice for what it is. A restaurant, a little convenience shop, and some vending for food and drink beyond TSA.

Parking lot is always packed, though, but there's plenty of spaces you're just going to have to walk. Can take the ground crew a little bit to get the luggage off the plane but it's not what I could consider unheard of. Just be patient.

Good airport. Love the smaller airports. Much easier to deal with. Security was friendly and super thorough and very professional. Would definitely use it again.✈ TSA a little on the robust, over achiever side but at least they were quite friendly ✈️. Music made me jittery, hyper ("positive") tunes 🎼

Airport security is the best! I left my favorite, extremely cherished hat in Gate Two and flew to Atlanta. When I called the airport Security, they actually went to the gate to look for it, found it, and mailed it to me! Safely in my hands now. Special shout-out to Lieutenant McAllister, who looked for it. Thanks guys!!

The best thing about Sunday mornings is the lack of crowds. I dropped my son off to pick up a rental car out there. It was stress free and quick!

There was not a lot of traffic at this airport. It’s clear and looks new, and this airport is probably one of the safest because it seems like nothing but U.S. Marines passing through that place! 😂

Quaint little airport. For me, it has that comfortable setting comparably to larger metropolitan airports. For those in the military and are veterans, USO is there. Rental car facilities are on site which you can walk to your car. Friendly airport employees.

By far the cleanest airport I have ever been to in my life and I've been flying since 1984. Nice professional friendly staff. I felt safe. This is Camp Lejuene territory and I'm an ex military air traffic controller. If something goes down there will be plenty of good hands available to address the issue including mine. When I retire I would like to attain a position at this airport

This is a small regional, fast and easy airport to get in and out of. Even with a rental. Terminal to driving rental car within 15 minutes. The return is about the same from dropping off rental to getting through TSA and being at the terminal. The pub/grille was not open either leg, though. Internet is slow. People are friendly.
