First time parkes here. There was a sign board on the gate about the phone number that you need to call for your shuttle to the airport. They arrived lest than 5 minute. But when we were back from our trip, we called the shuttle, and we need to wait longer, more than 20 minutes. Parking is outdoor, no cover.

Very well organised. I advice to put the exact times you arrive and depart wothout spare time, so everything wirks smoothly. Our waiting time for pickup was like 15 minutes, which is absolutely ok.

I’ve had quite a few experiences with different companies at Charleroi Airport. But ACE parking is by far the best one. The parking lot itself is nice and not totally overcrowded. The facilities are modern and the staff super friendly. Also the shuttle to and from the airport is fast and friendly. Never had to wait more than 10 minutes!

We parked here for 10 days and the experience was effortless. Very well done. Our flight was at 4:00am and they were ready to bring us to the airport quickly. We ended up staying longer than expected and extending was not problem. When we arrived home they picked us up in under 10 minutes. We were allowed to keep our keys while our car was parked and everything was kept safe. I would recommend this parking facility!

Very good service, especially in these "troubled" times.
We arrived early morning (6 AM) at the parking, somebody was waiting for us at the front gate and we were taken shortly to the airport.
On return, we were picked up from the airport 10 minutes after our call (basically no waiting time as we needed the 10 minutes to walk from the terminal to parking 2).
Would definitely recommend this convenient parking for Charleroi Airport!

Very practical solution. I used to park on P4 and then walk to the airport. I found ACE parking easier. I was driven to the airport few minutes after I arrived. And I was picked up from the airport few minutes after I left he luggage area.
It was just a bit complicated to find the parking using my GPS. But I maybe didn't read the address properly.

I have used this parking lot for 12 days in my trip to Greece and I’m absolutely recommend it, staff was very nice
Waited only 5 min to open the gate as the staff was picking up people at the airport, location is good, my car was there without no problems, price is affordable and good, there is a shuttle bus to the airport that you pay 2€ just once
Next time I travel I totally will use this parking lot again.

The best by far around the airport. I booked directly on their website and paid at the property. The people were very friendly. They always answered to my calls and picked me up very fast. I recommend this over any other around in the area even the ones of the airport

It took me a while to find a trustworthy parking spot around Charleroi airport but this seems to be the one. The price was as advertised on their website. The shuttle was right on time and the driver was a friendly guy. Upon return we were in luck that the shuttle was already picking up other travelers so we didn’t have to wait.
