APH Park & Ride

We just came back from Italy, parked at APH Stansted for one week. Last minute change in vehicle registration was no problem due to the vehicle I was supposed to drive had a crack in the window. Easy drop off pick up is very prompt, call after collection of luggage and pick up will be within 5 minutes. Very close to the airport only a 5 minute drive to the car park. No issues at all and was pleased I could use my blue light discount.

They were very helpful, understanding & obliging. Great company, look forward to using them again.

Regular shuttles, doesn’t take long and car waiting when you arrive. Can phone for collection from airport if needed. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great customer service overall however, some exceptional kindness from one of the drivers Robert Vulger (sorry if I spelt your name wrong) he went out of his way to help me, thank you! I would definitely recommend this service to anyone travelling.

Overall good but anpr failed to read number plate again which was a pain at 03:30!

After using APH Gatwick I was a little surprised when I turned up to this branch to see if was a little car park behind some metal gates. If I had have known before it's likely I wouldn't ha e booked. The one at Gatwick felt much more secure. However it done the job and I collect car in one piece!

An initial hiccup on one computer was resolved by checking another in the back room. Otherwise a faultless and very efficient service. We dropped the car at the parking area and were driven to the airport.

We were shown where to wait on our return to the UK.

We followed their instructions and our car arrived within 5 minutes of our phone call to them.

All the chaps we dealt with were polite and helpful.

The most reassuring aspect; our car was in the same pristine condition we left it before our holiday and it had just over an additional 3 miles on the clock which was around what we expected.

We would definitely use this service again. They are to be commended.

During our holiday our car even sent us a message to say how happy it was.

What a great experience, drop car off, got taken to the airport and on return got picked up and dropped to my car, all in good time.

We left our car for one week at APH car park Stansted Airport. The price for one week of parking was very reasonable. The booking process was easy. I can honestly say the whole experience was great. We arrived at the car park, we were immediately greeted by staff, who took us to the departures terminal within 5 minutes from parking our car. On arriving back to collect our car a week later, we called APH once we had cleared through customs, the minivan was there within 4 minutes to collect us. Great service and absolutely no damage to our car. From this experience, I can recommend this company.

Nothing but praise for these guys ,always use them ,used twice this year and last year,easy to get to ,drop car off,courtesy bus to stansted in minutes.Same on our return journey get through customs hall with baggage ,ring them and they are there in minutes,spot on !!!Friendly staff,won’t hesitate to use them again .

First time using this car park. Instructions how to get there were really useful, booking easy and price so much cheaper than Stansted official car parks. Staff was very friendly. We waited around 15 min for a minibus back but as they pick you up from quick drop off, you understand they cannot wait for you as they have only 10 min to stay there. Great experience and will definitely use them again

Really friendly and helpful. Quick drop off and pick up, which made our travel experience much more relaxing. Be aware that Google might send you to the McDonald's opposite.

Parked here for a week using the park and ride service. Generally good with polite staff, although the premises and car park itself are a bit scruffy.



The minibus service is much faster and more convenient than the normal bus you get with standard parking. I would have liked it if all the seatbelts were in good working order - the driver was not wearing a seatbelt either. Not a huge problem generally as it was a short journey.



I was very hesitant to use a service where another person drives and parks my car, after reading some critical reviews online. When I collected my car, I was initially suspicious because the trip computer had been reset. Because of this, I reviewed my dashcam footage and tracking data, and the car was moved several times. It was driven respectfully each time, and I haven't found any damage to the paintwork, although I'll have to wash the car before I can confirm this. I have no idea why the driver reset the trip meter.



On the return of my car, the first thing I noticed was that it was very dirty, along with most of the other cars in the car park - I guess this is from the unpaved car park surface. This is not the fault of any particular person but the general setup meant that this happened. I'll also concede that my car was slightly dirty in the first place, so I don't mind that much.



Generally I liked the service, but I don't think I'll use it again as I'd prefer to park the car myself and not have to worry about it on holiday, as well as the few small issues I mentioned.

Used this car park 1th Aug to 19th Aug 2023, firstly the signage for the car park is poor and upon arrival we were very apprehensive leaving our car as we don't like valet parking (which we wasn't aware it was) plus the car park condition. However staff were friendly and drop off and collection mini buses were there ready. Collected car with no issues and all our fears had been put to rest. So all in all we were very pleased.

This was so easy to find with the details they gave me on the confirmation email the drop off and pick up was brilliant they couldn't be any more helpful. The price was also brilliant and very competitive.

Great experience, bit difficult to find the place but it is literally opposite mcds, as you turn onto the road, its directly to your right - silver gate. The logo of the company is a red heart.



My flight was in the awkward hours of early morning/late evening and even so, the company vans were prompt in picking us up from the parking area and from the airport. We were given directions on what to do when we arrive back to the UK. Very pleased with the service.

Note: not sure why people are mentioning a 7.50 charge, maybe it is to do with how you book the parking? I certainly did not pay this.

Great firm to communicate with, very friendly and helpful when we had to cancel our sons parking reservation due to his father catching Covid, Holly was very kind and understanding which made our disappointment not so bad. Thank you.

Can’t fault my experience. Easy to book and blue light discount too. Was easy to find and drop off and the shuttle service to the terminal was swift and it drops you off as close as you can get.

Upon my return I called the number given to me and got through straight away and a shuttle arrived within 5 minutes.

My car was waiting for me and I was pleased to find no damage and the vehicle had only 0.2 extra miles on the odometer.

Would happily use again.

The easiest drop of service ive ever used. Dropped car off at 3am, mini bus was waiting for us and then a smooth system to pick up on return with my car waiting for me at reception. Would recommend to everyone. Only small niggle would be the floor could be concreted instead of stones and rubble.

Fantastic service . Lovely staff so please we used them. Everything went so smoothly and was just a few minutes from the terminal. They were outside waiting before we even crossed the road. Absolutely brilliant 👏
