Shuttle was not working. Restaurant was being renovated. One elevator was out of order. Staff was very personable.
The rooms were relatively well appointed, recently remodeled. Almost a 3 star, but the breakfast was good. No decaf coffee, but did have tea, and served hot perogies on Sunday. Staff was polite and friendly.
Staff are amazing they could not be more helpful and friendly. My room was very clean and comfortable. I will definatly stay here again. Thank you for a great experience
I am very unhappy with this hotel. I am a member of Wyndham hotels. The first room we were in, I turned the heat on and the whole unit caught fire. We put it out, we had to call the fire dept as the manager at the front desk wasn’t going to and was just going to give us a different room. The front desk night manager was very rude to us and not helpful at all and couldn’t get anything out of him as he didn’t have very good English at all. There was smoke damage and was on the first floor where the window would not open for escape route, which is illegal and is a real problem. The elevators were not working properly the bar and lounge was closed, the pool is closed. I will be going as high as I can on this issue. I expect my stay here to be without any charge or I will contact my lawyer. So many safety hazards in this building and should not be open for business!!
Its was cheap. I bought 2 rooms both were nice. It had a bar in the hotel lobby. Staff was nice as well. They even brought me a mini fridge on request!!! Cant beat that.
