Great hotel. Super quiet. Beds are a little firm but still a good night's sleep before our flight out the next day.
Very clean and very helpful when something is needed. Bathrooms were clean and worked well except for the toilet not flushing that well. Did the job though. Will definitely be staying here Everytime we need to be in Charlotte.
Not too bad, stayed during COVID-19 pandemic. Here's what steered me wrong, no breakfast, no housekeeping, but still FULL price. Went down to the lobby and they wanted 20$ for a microwave meal and a few snacks!!! Went to the gas station instead. Comfortable rooms though, probably an easy 3-4 stars when your able to receive full amenities. Not there fault obviously, but i strongly feel the price should reflect that.
The ONLY downside was that there is NO MORE SHUTTLE SERVICE.
Other than that, it is only a $15 cab ride from the airport, it is extremely clean and there is everything you might need within walking distance.
Anyone complaining about this place are white trailer trash or ghetto roaches who want everything for nothing.
I spent $97 for one night and I can't complain about anything.
Very quiet, very clean, and although I was booted off my flight and the counter girl was very busy she did not complain one bit.
I give it 10/10.
If you only need to come and stay a night or looking for a cheap but decent hotel this is it. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but the rooms are a good size. The breakfast doesn't have many options so it would be breakfast you would eat if you have to or to hold you over until you go somewhere else. Overall not a bad place to stay.
I am super disappointed with the overall experience as a first time visitor. I booked a reservation for one of our Business partners as a direct result of the pictures and add ons they displayed online. The rooms were nothing like what they displayed. I asked to see the room first before they arrived and when I entered I noticed it all looked very low to the floor. I uncovered it was a room to accommodate someone with special needs. I explained to her that there was no changes made to the reservation and she explained someone requested it. She immediately aided me with getting a room. Again since the trust had been broken I requested to see this room as well. But then they had arrived. We both went to take a look at the room and it was horrible. The furniture was outdated and it smelled used! I was so embarrassed to have my colleague stay overnight. Since it was so late in the evening there were no other hotels to choose from. What a bad first impression I have made with them. Never again! I feel so bad!
Would give it four stars, but the fact they have TV's without buttons or the right remotes for them. I couldn't change the input on my tv. This is my home away from home and this is unacceptable.
Hotel was clean, and that is the positive, beds were miserable and springy. Breakfast was terrible only sausage eggs were in party form, grits inedible. Vending machines were out of 80 percent of options. I have been in Red Roof Inns that were better.
Room was nice and very clean. Took staff 20 minutes to answer the phone and another 30 minutes to get the shuttle to the airport after it was finally requested. Was informed they only send it by request and since the phone was not being answered, I had to wait for quite a while. Also was told that the complimentary shuttle did not start running until 5am so I still had to pay for an uber for my trip back.
Stayed two nights. Decent beds and shower. Breakfast first morning had fully stocked breakfast with decent items: biscuits, sausage gravy, egg patties, sausage patties, oatmeal, grits, chocolate milk, regular milk, Danish, fruit, pastries, and cereal. Second morning due to heavy flow, pretty much everything gone. Employee didn't restock meat area but only milk. Saw a small bug in the room. On the way out, was unable to get hot tea because their hot water container was out. Worst part of this hotel is limited parking lot. By 6pm, struggling to find a spot. One night returning, park along the hedges (per employee) because lot was full.
