Very nice staff, clean rooms.
Great hotel. Super quiet. Beds are a little firm but still a good night's sleep before our flight out the next day.
The ONLY downside was that there is NO MORE SHUTTLE SERVICE.
Other than that, it is only a $15 cab ride from the airport, it is extremely clean and there is everything you might need within walking distance.
Anyone complaining about this place are white trailer trash or ghetto roaches who want everything for nothing.
I spent $97 for one night and I can't complain about anything.
Very quiet, very clean, and although I was booted off my flight and the counter girl was very busy she did not complain one bit.
I give it 10/10.
Very clean and very helpful when something is needed. Bathrooms were clean and worked well except for the toilet not flushing that well. Did the job though. Will definitely be staying here Everytime we need to be in Charlotte.
