Clean, Modern Hotel. The staff is very friendly and seems to care about this new property.
The shuttle took a bit, but nothing too bad. Actually, you can walk to/from the airport through the transit station. I will do this next time.
The rooms were very clean and spacious. Breakfast was plentiful, and tasty. Excellent gym equipment available.
Overall, no complaints. Perfect for a quick stay after or before flying out if MIA.

Stayed at this hotel before our trip to Key West. The shuttle driver Evelio was beyond helpful. After he picked us up at the airport he recommended what to do in Miami for the only day would be visiting the city. We took his advice and we were not disappointed. The staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and the evening reception and free breakfast was great.

This place was the best hotel I stayed.
I loved every single bit of my stay there.
If I had left Miami without staying there, my impression of the city's hotel would have been very negative.
From the receptionist Nancy to the elderly driver that took me to the airport, they were all great and I would love to stay there one more time when next I visit.

I missed a flight, and thankfully this hotel was one of the only ones to have openings. The lady on the phone was very nice and made the booking process very easy. She also arranged for their free 24/7 shuttle service to come get me at the airport. It arrive quickly, and the driver was friendly. I checked in quickly and got a very nice room at such last notice. Check out was fast and the shuttle was one-time with a friendly driver. Even though this hotel is very new, it is very worth the stay. I was impressed with their customer service and clean, modern facilities.
