When we arrived faucet was broken only steaming hot water came from it, a few hours later when we used bathroom the handle was broken it didnt flush. Faucet was fixed but it was too late to fix toilet so we had to wait until next day. Place isnt as clean as other sleep inn's we have been to. And very small compared to others. Price is good. But other than that the place needs some upgrades and definitely some repairs.
My girlfriend and I drove 25 hours straight, and we booked this hotel much in advance and when we arrived we got inside and the front clerk was friendly, but as we were walking down the halls they were dirty and had dirt in the carpets. We then got to our room and it was very hot! And the air wasn’t working properly. So, we told the owner we wanted a new room because the air conditioner was not screwed into the window and was not working. He said, they were having problems with it before and would get us a new room. We get to the new room and the air coming out of the vent smelled like pneumonia and the phone was sticky, the chair had white stains on it that could have easily been cleaned, and the bed had other people hair under the blankets and on the pillow. The pillow had makeup all over it and was very dingy. So, we asked for a refund and we immediately went to another hotel. All the owner said was “well sorry.” That was it. And... during this pandemic the maid just came into the room while we were in there and started switched pillow cases with no mask. Very very unprofessional. Do not waste your time here. Not to mention the two truckers in the back parking lot that were smoking weed when we were leaving.
Very nice newer hotel. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and amenities were as expected. I had a single king bed that was made with five of the most comfortable pillows I've ever slept with. I would recommend staying here if you are visiting Phoenix/Tempe any time soon. Or even if you are a local like me just getting away for the night.
After a second extended stay however. I have changed my mind about this hotel. I brought my dog with me as I'm moving. The pet policy suddenly changed after being in this hotel for two months. One of the day desk clerks was always ready to give any one a hard time about getting a working key, or updating your stay. Some of the clientele that they let in was very very seedy. The police were called to the hotel for drug busts on more then one occasion.
Not so great kinda ghetto but front desk attendant was awesome
The place had a very clean comfortable room with polite and courteous staff.I stay there for 4 nights and was able to have a different staff member every-night in each one, provided excellent service.
Older hotel, rooms were clean, breakfast was good, area clean. The shuttle to and from airport was a nice added feature. It is a park and fly hotel with over night stay.
A very good place to stay at a very reasonable price. The room was clean and warm. No tub. Shower head was old and didn't spray quite right but it worked OK. Nice flat screen TV. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Very close to the airport. Free shuttle.
I stayed there for three days as I was attending a conference in Phoenix and the staff was AMAZING. My room was very clean and I sincerely had a great time.
Keep being so genuine!
It was pretty nice. I had a 3 am wake-up call at 2:58 so I was pleased. Their airport bus was ready to get us to the airport at 3:44. I was impressed since I'd had problems with other hotels with those issues. Friendly staff.
If you want to be on the cheap go here. The room smelt like old water and the room was tiny!! Barely any space to walk. The bed was hard as the ground. The staff is very friendly and helpful that's why I'm only giving this place three stars.
