The rooms were clean, customer service was great. We felt confident in the hotels cleanliness in lieu of the Covid-19 pandemic. Overall, our experience was great and we would stay here again!

I enjoyed my brief stay but Covid has definitely changed hotel stays. TGIF and Comales is close by so that was good. Bag breakfast was not good but juices were available.

Tonight's hotel is room 219 of the sleep inn , Bedford Park Illinois,
It's a nice place with nice staff located is a cluster of hotels right next to Midway Airport
Only real downside is the $18 fee with $3.85 tax that the city makes them charge for a parking permit for every vehicle per night, however I can't blame the hotel for their landlord the city government gouging us I blame the city! Shame on them

Overall great experience! The staff was friendly and helpful with early breakfast and communicating with the shuttle. The shuttle drivers were respectful and helpful with luggage.
One negative note is that the shower door looks new, but it has rounded corners, which don't meet the square corners at the bottom of the shower...water everywhere on the floor! It also made the floor very slick and because the bathroom is so tiny there was no way to avoid slipping and sliding, which could be a safety hazard.
