The staff is very friendly and accommodating Frank, the shuttle driver, goes out of his way to assure the safety of the riders. I had misplaced my phone and he went out of his way to help me locate it. The girl at the desk was very helpful as well. I highly recommend the Sheraton to park when traveling to the Pittsburgh airport. I have used other parking lots but this is the best.

Older Hotel property located near the airport with hotel van available for transportation. Medium sized room with nice artwork and a comfortable bed. The pillows were very soft if that is what you like. Nothing to do nearby within walking distance such as shops or restaurants. Medium sized bath with adequate counter space and good water pressure. The towels were soft.
The room had a large king size bed, medium sized flat screen TV, coffee maker with Starbucks coffee, mini refrigerator next to the bed. There was an outlet next to the bed and the clock has a USB port. There was a nice writing desk with comfortable chair and power outlets at the desk.
Not the best room for day sleeping as the blinds allowed a lot of light into the room. Hallway noise was noticeable inside the room from people talking down the hall. The hotel is located under one of the less used runways at the airport but the aircraft noise was never an issue. There was no Street noise audible from the room even with construction taking place on the street.
Used their short term lot and took the shuttle to the airport. Front desk staff was very friendly and the shuttle driver was a good guy. Cheapest parking I could find, and was still a great experience.
Hotel was nice and very convenient to airport. Staff were friendly and the room service was quick. I didn't have to wait long at all for my food.
