Last night was the first time having a meal at this location. The High 5 specials along with the $12 dinner specials offered a nice variety to choose from. Everything was delicious & decent portion sizes to enable you to try a bit of everything. Our waiter//server, Chris, was excellent, very friendly, but professional! A lovely, reasonably priced evening with good friends.

The exquisite detail in decorations is a delightful experience. Dining was tasty and well organized in a beautiful environment. The art displays and sculpture collection is as good as any museum!

First thing, get Giovanni as your head waiter. He will take care of everything.
Second, order whatever you want, it's all excellent.
Third, splurge. It's not cheap, but it is value.
Dress up and have a night out, you deserve it.

This place is top notch. Beautiful, family owned hotel. The owner is there and still Inspects every item that comes in for Russell's, the on-site upscale restaurant. Very concerned about quality and you can see the attention to detail throughout the whole hotel. Room was spacious, clean and comfy. Bar was very cool and it is all affordable. You can get the package that includes dinner AND breakfast. They were both excellent. You also get a buy one get one free drink coupon. We will be coming back and won't stay anywhere else when we come to visit the falls.

Awesome place! I was here on business and surprised how nice and clean the hotel is, I was surprised to see it listed as a 3 star hotel. I was impressed with the rooms and it was nice to see Mr Savatore walking around straightening things out and even moving tables around, WOW! If I had one suggestion it would be a little more training at the front desk they do not acknowledge people walking in and do not seem very happy, that being said, if I return to visit Niagara Falls I would l stay here and take the 40 min drive, I loved the. Place

The food was very good. Our server Gary was top notch. The room and the hot tub was very nice. Our experience was wonderful until check out! The front desk agent was very rude to me and needs better people skills. I would have given this establishment a 5 star so I gave it a 4 star because of the front desk agent!
