Quality Inn Richmond Airport VA

For the price, I can’t complain much. Our night at the hotel was good, although not exceptional. The room was kind of clean (kind of in we found a hair of two in the bed but everything else was a above 2* hotel grade cleanness.) Our king size bed was okay and the room was good.



The staff working over there is great.

They just finished renovations when we got there, so there were some minor things that I didn't like. They were still repainting some of the chairs in the lobby and the railings in the stairwell, and they didn't have an elevator for guests to use for big luggage or for bigger guests that aren't able to take the stairs. There was no elevator at all. But overall, I had a GREAT weekend at this hotel!! The housekeeping staff was great and very thorough with their cleaning, the staff always welcomed us with a smile and positive attitude, the continental breakfast was surprisingly very good, yet basic but also very satisfying. I would just suggest getting an elevator to accommodate all of your guests and also to expand your parking lot.

Wonderful lady at the front desk, staff was outstanding.. A great experience, breakfast was awesome. Hope to see the same staff, when we.visit again. God bless them.

Very nice and accommodating. Comfy beds, good tv selections. Great shuttle service.

The hotel is small but intimate. The front desk personnel were very nice and friendly and offered assistance to make my stay very pleasant. Since the hotel doesn't offer breakfast because of the pandemic, there are several places where food and drinks are available to purchase.

Stayed last night. Close to airport, good location, VERY CLEAN, comfortable bed. Everything felt nice. Gentleman who works nights shift last night, very nice and kind. Very helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Clean hotel smells like freshness and remodeling the entire 2nd floor then 1st floor. Manager Ms. Brenda is awesome, Housekeeper Angelia awesome & Mickey in Maintenance is very kind. You will love it also.

So I happened to need to stay the night for an early morning flight without realizing that it was the weekend of the Richmond Marathon. That said; everything was booked completely full everywhere I checked. I stop at this hotel which was also booked and could not be more impressed with the extra mile the management went in order to find a room to accommodate my wife, my son and myself. I will spare the details but will say I'm certain I would not have gotten a room anywhere remotely near the airport had I not came by this hotel. Thank you again for going above and beyond.
