Pretty average airport hotel, close to the airport (naturally) and had pretty decent parking spots. The rooms were basic at best, but okay for short term stay. Breakfast was offered but wasn't anything special. Also had a hotel bar, which did its job for mid-week drink or two. Friendly staff at reception.
it's an airport motel designed for one night stays so dial your expectations to that. there's a steady noise of cars on the freeway and planes overhead so light sleepers may want to avoid. staff were generally between rude and ambivalent and reminded me of Fawlty Towers. bed was hard as a board but some folks like that. its clean and the bar had a decent selection of food and beverages. free airport shuttle as you'd expect. if you're on a budget, sleep deeply and don't plan on doing sightseeing it's an okay option for the cost, otherwise avoid.
It's a busy airport hotel. It caters for a one day stays. It's position by a main highway so highway traffic noise. Pickup from airport very easy. Free shuttle. Check In brilliant. Free tea and coffee. Room clean . We used it for a late flight a night sleep and then onward travel. Breakfast was good with everything you need to start the day. Yes I would use it again for an early or late flight . It serve it purpose.
Bonus shuttle driver and hotel staff very friendly .
Don't let the online photos fool you. The lobby is the only area that is even remotely updated. This hotel is old and worn out. The carpet squished under my feet, the common areas needed to be vacuumed bad, the room's door didn't close properly. The smell in the room was a mix between stale and old. The bathroom was so tiny that the sink touched the bathroom and the toilet. They also advertise hot breakfast. For them toast and a waffle machine was "hot". Would not recommend to anyone.
The location was very clean and staff was very friendly. The shuttle was available and ready to go at 5:30am, for a 7am flight out of O'Hare. It was also a quick 10 minute drive and included with my stay. One thing that could easily be an issue for people is the proximity of the freeway. You'll hear vehicles roar past you at all hours at night, and semi's that barrel down the highway will reverberate through your room like mini-aftershocks. My only real issue with the hotel was the lack of 'free' drinking water--there's no fountain and the only machine on the premises accepts just one dollar bills (nothing else). There's a bar in the same building where you should be able to get a super cold glass, and also have the bartender fill up your water bottle--I gave my $1 tip to them.
