The room was clean and the stay was comfortable but thw only reason I gvae to 4 stars for this reason
1. Cleaning lady came at 7:45 am to ask if we wanted the room cleaning my wife said No Thank you. 8:05 someone came again knocking asking if we wanted cleaning and we again said No thank you. I went down for breakfast came back to the room 9:55am i forgot to put the lock on the door, As we where laying in bed the head cleaning lady used her key to open the door. I jumped up and went to the door and she expressed her sorries but wanted to know if we where doing late check out. Oh yes by the way i never stated that when we checked in we requested already late check out for today🤦🏾
2. The Iron was broke in room 420 so we left with wrinkle clothing🤦🏾
Not sure if I'll stay here again🤔
The elevator was broken last week when we were here and is still broken. The hot tub is apparently broken. The mattress is old and has a big indentation in the middle. The fitness center is limited.
It was very good price for quality. Building seems a bit dated, but makes up with nicely fitted dorms and a greatly varied breakfast, where one can even make their own waffles. Don't expect a bellboy to carry your luggage. Free shuttle to and from Newark Airport.
Overnight stay from the airport. Room was nice and clean. Bathroom had dirty grout. Front desk was accommodating to our very late check in. Fridge at the front desk “store” was out of stock of almost everything but we did get I fairly late. Great breakfast selections. Would stay here again.
Definitely one of the nicest Fairfield Inn & Suites I've been too. The location sucks tho because if you don't have a car, you're going to hate that there is nothing in walking distance. An Uber is 12 dollars to go 1.2 miles to the nearest gas station. The room and the service for the hotel is exceptional though.
