Amazing hotel that felt like being at a resort. The pool area was beautiful. The bed in our very spacious room was extremely comfortable. Clean room and washroom. Would definitely stay there again. Perfect location with the mall next door and several restaurants right across the street.
A great place to stay in Buffalo. Very nicely maintained, staff very friendly and accommodating. The usual check in is at 4 PM, due to my weak mobility, the check in staff Jillian managed to find a room immediately. The check in was smooth and breakfast in the morning was sumptuous. Special.mention to Christine for being a great host at our table. Strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who likes comfort and a bit of luxury at an affordable price.
Wow. Called 11/26 AM and spoke to JOHN to get info for upcoming stay. He was EXTREMELY professional, kind, informative and sharp! GREAT customer service skills. Reviewed everything we discussed, let me know all my options, and made some good suggestions. VERY impressed!!
The courtyard was a pretty cool experience, especially in the winter. Other guests were quite friendly around the pool, and the rooms were well kept.
Great location too, near good food and shopping.
