The night front desk guy was awesome! My wife and I were in town for my son's graduation from Navy Boot camp. He was scheduled to depart Midway around 3AM. The clerk called for the shuttle and told us how to find it so we could get back, or we could call and he'd have it there for us. We were at the airport longer than expected and he extended our stay until 2PM because of that. He remembered us when we returned and asked how everything went. The hotel is beautiful and clean. Our room was fantastic. The bar is cozy, and the bartender knows her beers!
The staff was very professional. Checking in was fast. The hotel was very clean which I didn't expect anything less. I was there on business for a conference on hemophilia. Thank you Marriott for making my visit stress free...
Decent property, didn’t really have any issues during my stay. The staff were great on both of my stays and there’s a decent restaurant in the lobby. It’s also nice having a Starbucks downstairs when you need a quick coffee. This hotel needs to be renovated though, the look is outdated.
