I absolutely LOVED my suite!!!! “Everything“ was SO NICE! Very Clean! VERY!! VERY!! COMFORTABLE & ACCOMMODATING!! I needed to have a room that offered a little more quietness! they made SURE I had everything that I needed! I LOVED MY STAY the entire 4 days and hated to leave!!! During these crazy times we’re living in, I couldn’t have chosen a BETTER PLACE!!! They took EXCELLENT care of me!! THANK YOU Staff @ Hyatt Place/Lake Mary! You guys are THE BEST!! ⭐️🌟⭐️

Great location, close to I-4. Absolutely no traffic noise heard in room. Seminole County requires people to wear masks and this hotel abides by the rules. Front desk staff were pleasant and when I encountered a problem with connecting to the Wi-Fi, they immediately came to help. The room was spacious, with up to date furnishings, a refrigerator and a desk. The only major drawback was not having a microwave in the room. Breakfast was included and included choices of yogurt, microwave breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal, coffee cakes, oj, apple juice, and milk. The gym was small but adequate for my needs. Every employee smiled and spoke to you in passing. If I'm ever in the area and need a place to stay, I will not hesitate to stay here again.

Nice hotel. The rates were pretty good and they are a pet friendly hotel that was really helpful for us.



Dog owners should know that the best place to walk your dog is out the back near the CVS next door.



Breakfast is pretty solid and included. The staff were super nice. The only issue we had was hot water was occasionally spotty in the evenings, but otherwise it was a great stay.

Great Prices. Great Rooms. Great Service. Especially the night manager John who always makes our stay exceptional. You feel right at home at this location. Only hotel I would recommend in the area!

Convenient hotel with many places to eat in the vicinity. The room is spacious but a bit dingy. The phone in the room did not work, the ac unit was extremely loud, no vending machines therefore stuck to purchase a bottle water for $3.50. Im here for a work trip but they need to give this hotel a bit of tlc. The Hallways have the wall paper peeling off.

Giving this Hotel 5 stars was easy for me. They were always willing to help and courteous. Good clean facility and food. I had an issue with a team of young ball players and how loud they were in the halls at midnight. The hotel staff addressed it immediately. Nice clean pool also.

Nice hotel with big rooms. Our room was clean but the group we were with said one room needed some TLC. NOTE. They make you sign a contract upon check in saying you will follow all of their COVID rules. Also, if you haven't stayed at a hotel with free continental breakfast, it should be noted that they ALL now give extremely limited options sure to COVID.

Nice Hyatt and breakfast was excellent. We arrived about 2hours befor check in and we were able to get out rooms.

I called for a room since a delayed flight made driving home as planned a bad idea. The phone reservation process was easily done, check in a 1:30 a.m. was easy and pleasant. Room spotless and well appointed. And breakfast was great too! Thanks to all the staff for a great experience.
