Great place to stay. Room was clean, staff was nice and breakfast was good. Close to Mall Of America, IKEA and the airport. Didn't even really notice the planes taking off. We had an issue with the toilet lid and the maintenance guy left at 4 (this was Saturday) but my husband was able to fix it. Overall, enjoyed our stay and will stay again the next time we are in the area.

We booked a room here for a week. The customer service here is so amazingly sincere, friendly, helpful, fast, and polite. Our room was modern, spacious and clean. Breakfast is served hot, made with great quality foods, and there was a variety of healthy filling choices. The pool was clean and pool towels were well stocked.
One of the employees here has really stood out for her show of customer service. Her friendly morning hellos and smiling face welcomed us to ask about nearby events. Michelle gave us amazing tips on possible site seeing destinations in Minneapolis and even informed us of the weather forecast so we could better plan our day.
The shuttle service to and from the Mall Of America was always on time and very predictable. We experience multiple shuttle drivers and each one was very friendly and made us feel comfortable.

The customer service was excellent especially the shuttle service. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and had more choices than expected. Didn't really hear the planes even though we were so close.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Wonderful room. The only problem we had, was that our room did not get cleaned/refreshed the 2nd day we were there. (NOTE: on Saturday, the first day we were there, we wanted to sleep in, so we had the "do not disturb" on the door). On Sunday, we got up early and headed out of our room around 10:00AM for the Vikings vs Eagles game, and we made sure we removed the sign from the door. When we got back to our room around 7:30PM, our room hadn't been touched. Beds were still unmade, trash hadn't been removed, and the used towels were still on the bathroom floor. After calling the front desk, clean towels were brought up to the room within minutes, which was nice. We will definitely try staying at this hotel again in the future, to see if we can give it a 5 star rating.
