Very nice rooms with nice views. Great location to walk to restaurants. Good breakfast. Had an issue and management dealt with it. Appreciate the service. Would recommend.
Traveled for business. spent 4 nights and everything was awesome. The staff was great. Al our shuttle driver was very helpful. I would definitely stay the on my next trip back.
Front desk staff were very welcoming, informative and courteous. Check in was quick, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because they need better pillows. Other than that, it was great. This was my second time staying at this hotel and when I return to Baltimore, I will book this location again.
While this hotel may not be the newest and most up to date, it has one of the friendliest and most helpful staff of any hotel I have ever stay at. Everyone smiled and was very attentive to our requests - it felt like staying with family. In addition, the breakfast buffet was amazing - healthy, hot and delicious. Will definitely stay again if I'm ever in the area.
