Excellent hotel in great location of Baltimore. Hotel clean, modern, terrific breakfast, staff were outstanding.
Manager Brandon went above and beyond to make us comfortable and welcomed. All staff were helpful, polite, accommodating and professional.

BEWARE - I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE THIS HAPPENED TO.
Reserved the room three weeks ago for two colleagues. It is 1:00
pm they are traveling from the airport to check in. I just received this email exactly (with a little help from copy/paste) "unable to accommodate your reservation because they have overbooked their property and the room you booked is not available."
I received a response apologizing and asking me to respond to Alicia at her email address.
Alicia, when I called I spoke with a gentleman at the front desk. He was rude an unapologetic. I asked to speak with the manager and he informed me he was the manager. I asked for his name and he refused to give it to me.
We travel at least 15 days out of every month (except December) and will never chance Home2 Suites by Hilton again.
Perhaps a lot of training in front desk, management (if he indeed was management) and reservations would help other customers.
I had a chance to stay at Home2Suites by Hilton a while back and I actually was pleased that the place was clean and very customer friendly. I will come back and would recommend it to my friends and family. I like to be open and honest with all my reviews so please do not be offended by any harsh words if I happen to speak negative about an establishment. I wanted to give my review in hopes that others trust my opinion and understand I am 100% bias. During a very stressful two week time frame, my brother and I had to check into a hotel in the middle of the night when our apartment had flooded. This hotel was not only conveniently located, but the service was fantastic. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, it really helped put us at ease during a tough time. We stayed for over two weeks, which by the end of our stay, we felt like a part of the Hilton family. I highly recommend this hotel if you are coming to the city for a visit. It felt just like home. And their continental breakfast is amazing!
